DETAILED DESCRIPTION
Our gated resort offers privacy and security, allowing only residents of Bella Riva to enter. You will first take in the luxurious feel of the Mediterranean architecture as you arrive. The majestic lobby will impress your family and friends. Vacationing in Unit 202 includes two gated parking spaces, one being covered, as well as a private covered storage closet for your beach items.

The great room adjoins the dining area and superior kitchen allowing your family to interact while relaxing or preparing meals. With wall-to-wall glass, the ocean and Gulf Coastline is visible to the entire family from inside. Just outside is the 10ft x 32ft oceanfront balcony with upgraded outdoor accessories and large enough for your entire family to thoroughly enjoy together. The view of the Emerald Coast of the Gulf of Mexico will take your breath as you scan for dolphins swimming nearby.

The master bedroom also adjoins the balcony with a private sliding glass doorway. Also adjoining the master is the magnificent bath, complete with his and hers walk in closets, large porcelain tub, separate tile shower, and his and hers vanities.
Each of the other two bedrooms has a private bath adjoining them and private HD Smart TV's. The fourth bedroom, which doubles as an entertainment room for children or teens, features a private tv and a full-twin bunkbed that will sleep three.

Beach access at Bella Riva Resort is user-friendly with minimal stairs and rinse area. The beaches of Okaloosa Island are as pure white as beaches get. The sugary soft sand is found nowhere else in North America, attracting visitors from all areas of the world. Wade in the crystal clear water of the Gulf of Mexico. This stretch of beach is part of Florida's Emerald Coast, stretching from Panama City to Pensacola.

The resort is centered on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, , offers 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom Fort Walton Beach Condo Rentals. Nearby, you will find plenty to do. Putt Putt Golf, GoKarts, and the Gulfarium Sealife Sanctuary are perfect outings for the young ones.

Bella Riva Resort in Fort Walton Beach is a short hop from many of Destin's attractions, such as Destin Harbor, outlet shopping, and many other outdoor activities. Para sailing, snorkeling, scuba diving, go karting, jet skis, dolphin tours, bungee jumping, and water parks are just a drop of what Destin offers.

Parking: Free gated parking is provided for this unit for up to 2 vehicles. One space is covered, and one is uncovered. Other vehicles must be parked offsite, and may be parked at our office located in Fort Walton Beach.

Food: Dining options near the resort include Beachview Breakfast and Grill just a 2-minute walk away. The Shack, a local staple for waterfront seafood within a short drive of the villa. Also, for a quick and highly-rated lunch, Stewby's Seafood Shanty which serves some of the freshest grilled fish, or try The Gulf which offers a unique outdoor dining experience right on the water. Old Bay Steamer is the go-to spot for those craving massive steamer pots of crab and shrimp. All within minutes.

A convenience store is just a few minute's hop. For full grocery hauls, you're just a short drive from Publix at Shoppes at Paradise Pointe or nearby Winn-Dixie, making snack time and meal prep stress-free.

Beach Service: One set (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) are provided complimentary with your reservation daily between Mar 1 and Oct 31. The beach service vendor will set the chairs up 8am-9am typically. Chairs are typically claimed as guests arrive. You will be able to reserve an available set of chairs with a towel, beach bag, etc. It is recommended that you reserve your chairs early while availability is plentiful. Additional sets may be purchased by speaking with the vendor upon arrival. Private chairs and canopies up to 10'x10' are generally allowed barring they do not interfere with the beach service access and/or view.

Pool: The Bella Riva Resort has a seasonally heated pool and a hot tub facing the Gulf of Mexico. A gated deck and private boardwalk connect these amenities directly to the beach. Pools are heated only as needed to maintain a tenable level, which is typically to a water temperature between 68-75℉.

• Vehicles are limited to passenger vehicles only. No RVs or Trailers
• No Smoking in unit or on balcony
• Check-In 4pm, Check-Out 10am
• Early Arrivals - Please plan to arrive at 4pm. If it is imperative that you check in before 4pm, we suggest reserving an extra night. However, you will be automatically notified by email if your room is ready before 4pm. The resort facilities and amenities are available to use while waiting.
