Quiet area on deadend street to Gulf within 500 feet, a short walk to view the Gulf. Catch fish or blue crabs in backyard bayou. (Baskets/traps provided). Launch your kayak or canoe in backyard. Less than 1/4 mile from back yard to Gulf open water or explore the bayous. Sleeps 8 comfortably, new appliances, furniture, new pergola, 10x10 concrete dog kennel and outdoor furniture. Beautiful tropical landscaped yard complete with cascading waterfall.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
A Checkout Sheet is on the wall by the front door. Leave AC on 78 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking outside on porch or deck only. Guest will be charged a $200 fee if smoke is inside the house. Ashtrays/chairs provided on porch and deck.
It is a quiet neighborhood. No loud talking or music. If police are called, you must pack up and leave immediately. NO EXCEPTIONS AND NO REFUNDS.
A grill cleaning fee of $20.00 will be charged if guest uses the grill and does not clean it after use.
