Charming 3-bedroom house in the center of Rome near Colosseum & Termini Station

Welcome to our vacation rental located in the heart of Rome! This bright and spacious home can accommodate up to 8 people and is perfect for families, groups of friends or anyone who wants to enjoy an individual vacation in the Eternal City.

The apartment has three bedrooms, two triple rooms with a double bed and a single sofa bed, and a double room with a double bed. Bed linen is included.

The two bathrooms are fully equipped with a shower tray, you will also find a hairdryer, gel and shampoo and towels.

The comfortable living room is an ideal space to relax, with a fully equipped dining area.

There is also a laundry area with washing machine, dryer and iron for full use of guests.

The kitchen is fully furnished with all the necessary utensils for cooking. In addition to small appliances: microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle...

The air conditioning is hot/cold in the bedrooms and in the living room.

We have a travel cot available for families traveling with children.

The apartment is located on the third floor with elevator of a historic building in the city.

The location is ideal for all those who are in the city on foot or by public transport: the metro stop A is 400 meters away, just 800 meters from Termini station, between the historic center and a 15-minute walk from the Colosseum. In addition, the area is full of restaurants, bars and shops, to better experience the Roman atmosphere.

Fine property. Location is a little odd and far from any of the major sites but if you figure out transportation it should be fine.

Dear Macey, when you book the house, the address is clearly stated; as you can see from the maps, it is located near the station. You can get everywhere on foot in 20 mins, or take the metro and reach Piazza di Spagna in just a few stops. I don't think it's fair to deduct a star for something that was beyond our control and that you were already aware of. If you wanted to stay in the city center, you could have paid double and stayed there.

We loved our stay here. It was very clean and had great air conditioning to cool off from the hot summer’s day! We were a family of 7 and had the perfect amount of space to be comfortable. Another detail that I wanted to shout out was the amazing host. We had a late flight in & she helped to coordinate a taxi as well as a smooth check in. She has great recommendations for things to do in the city and she even helped us out with a late check out. I could not have asked for a better host! My family and I were very pleased with our stay. While all of Rome is walkable, it is at least a 20 min walk to the largest attractions so that’s just something to keep in mind.

5-Star Roman Gem!

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO in Rome! The unit was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location couldn’t have been better: just under a 10-minute walk to Roma Termini and the metro, making it super convenient for getting around the city and beyond. We were even able to walk to the Colosseum in about 20 minutes!There’s a grocery store nearby, as well as plenty of local dining options—including the iconic Fassi gelato, which quickly became a favorite treat during our stay. Communication with the host was excellent, and check-in was smooth and easy.Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had a great experience here! Roberta was wonderful and always responded quickly to our questions. She helped arrange transportation from the airport and even made sure the apartment was ready so we could store our bags and explore Rome!!! The apartment was well appointed, quiet and clean. The showers were wonderful. Having an elevator was also a plus! The beds and pillows were comfortable. It was great to come back from sight seeing and have a cool and beautiful place to relax! My family and I loved it here and would definitely recommend this rental!!!! Thank you Roberta!
