The location of the house was very on enient for visiting Canterbury and the area. The host was very responsive to our questions and concerns. The kitchen has an excellent stove and oven but the accompanying cooking supplies are modest and in need of updating. There were very few pots and pans and several of them were quite dirty and needed cleaning prior to using. Additionally the cooking utensils were also bare minimum other than the knives which actually all need sharpening. The washer and dryer were extremely efficient! In the far upstairs bathrooms there were no hand towels provided which is a small inconvenience but still when paying the price this is expected. The downstairs bathroom had trouble fully flushing even with the recommended method from property manager. We recommend that it be repaired. Overall the accommodation met our needs but perhaps not matching price and advertisement.
