Accommodating up to four guests, it offers separate living spaces that provide added privacy for families or friends travelling together. Natural surroundings, cozy interiors and modern conveniences create a welcoming setting for both short visits and extended stays.

The living area features a comfortable sofa, dining space, a large Smart TV with Chromecast and a desk for working remotely. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. One bedroom offers comfortable box-spring beds and a second Smart TV, while the other features two single box-spring beds. The stylish bathroom includes a shower, toilet, vanity and heated mirror. A private washer and dryer, hairdryer, safe, ironing facilities, air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi add everyday comfort.

Guests can also make use of the communal courtyard garden, modern gym and lobby with coffee facilities and workstations. The building features elevator access and solar power, supporting its sustainable approach. A large paid parking garage is approximately a three-minute walk away.
