We booked the apartment for a few days whilst we explored South Devon. It was a fantastically quiet location and the garden was ideal for our dog, though we were wary of letting her down the far end of the garden (on the patio in case she decided to chase the) squirrel or her ball over the fence! The kitchen has everything we needed to cook in, but we also enjoyed a takeaway one night and a local pub meals another night. We were also working remotely whilst there and found the large dining table ideal for the day. The beds were comfy and the sofa was amazing! The sunrises and sunsets were spectacular too!

We really enjoyed our stay here.The Apartment was Lovely and clean, Lovely to have a Garden with the most amazing view of the Sea. Great location ,we will Definitely be back again

Monterey is a beautiful apartment situated close to Dawlish town centre and various coastal paths; it is well furnished and has the most breathtaking seaviews. Definitely hope to stay again.

Be clear where you need to park as if the upstairs apartment park next to the building it can be a little intrusive for the lower apartment bedroom.Use your own recycling and black bins, they are clearly marked with the name of your apartment.If you have dogs, be sure to bring a lead as there are large gaps in hedge and for smaller dogs there is a gap between wall and fence at end of garden, beyond which is a cliff edge.With saying that, the place was clean and very peaceful and we had a lovely break with town only 4min drive or 15 min walk. A lovely local pub (The smugglers inn) which sells lovely food and they are very welcoming allowing dogs in thier blue room.

We absolutely loved the appartment, it was bright, clean, well equipped and comfy. A lovely walk into Dawlish. Lovely sea views from the living room. When can we move in ? :)
