A delicate fusion of construction and nature, a meeting point between architecture and landscape, makes Son Estiu a place of harmony and relaxation. The idea is to offer a space for retreat, rest, and gathering at the same time, inviting contemplation and enjoyment of an exceptional environment.

This house has been recently renovated with high-quality ecological materials, such as lime-painted walls and limestone floors. Every detail has been carefully considered to offer a unique experience where comfort meets the expectations of even the most discerning traveler.

In the main house, open and bright spaces create a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere. The living-dining room, with an integrated kitchen, is fully equipped and designed for enjoying every moment. It features two bright bedrooms and two bathrooms with spacious showers, one of them en suite. Both are decorated in an elegant and serene style.

The outdoor area is a true oasis. The saltwater pool becomes the centerpiece of a space designed for relaxation, with comfortable loungers next to the chill-out area for unwinding, as well as a perfect spot for enjoying outdoor dinners under a spectacular wooden porch.

Through a set of comfortable outdoor stairs, you can access the independent master suite, an exclusive space that invites relaxation. Its large king-size bed, complete bathroom with shower and bathtub, and tranquil ambiance make this room a true retreat within the property.

Access to the villa is easy, with space to park a large vehicle, ensuring maximum comfort for its guests.

Excellent communication, exceptional villa, everything was perfectly clean and beautifully designed. We were there for a wedding and the villa had everything we needed for the groom to get ready. It was a wonderful stay! perfect surroundings, beautiful house and a good view. We stayed there for a bike holiday and from port de soller you can visit all the hotspots in the tramuntana mountains as well as an extended ride to cap formentor. Coming back to this house is always a pleasure and a perfect location for a good recovery!

We had a wonderful stay at Son Estiu. The property was beautiful - designed and furnished with intention. The location was just what we wanted, quiet with a nice view, and a short 8 min walk to all the action. We stayed with 3 young kids and there is no barrier around the pool so we couldn't take our eyes off them while outside. Also, I must've skipped over the fact that the suite is not attached to the main house, but it all worked out and we had a fabulous time! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you

Everything about our stay was so wonderful. The property is gorgeous, everything from the interior design to the pool and the view! Xisco was a wonderful host, great communication and even allowed for an early check in as it was available. Very close to the Port and was easy to walk around. I would 100% stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Son Estiu is easily the best villa we’ve ever stayed in — a true 5‑star experience in every way.From the beautiful furnishings to the thoughtful design and incredible comfort, everything feels high‑end and carefully curated. The villa has every accessory you could possibly need, and the hosts were outstanding throughout our stay. Their communication was quick, clear and genuinely helpful, and they even arranged a full grocery shop for us before arrival (small charge), which made our late‑night check‑in effortless.The villa is spotlessly clean, the technology is modern and intuitive, and we felt completely safe and relaxed the entire time. The mountain view is slightly overlooked, but honestly it didn’t affect our enjoyment at all — the setting is still stunning.The downstairs garden suite deserves a special mention. It’s separate from the main house, located within the lower garden area, and feels like a private retreat. The bath is incredible, and the cosy layout made it perfect for a movie night. The pool area is beautiful and absolutely 5‑star resort standard.There was some nearby building work and the road itself is a little run down, but neither of these things impacted our stay. It’s around a 6–7 minute walk to the port, but I’d recommend having a car as the shortage of taxis and the difficulty in getting one can be quite limiting.Overall, Son Estiu is an exceptional villa with fantastic hosts. We would return in a heartbeat.

The house is absolutely gorgeous with very thoughtful and beautiful details. The remodel was done so tasteful and elegant, it felt like a 5 star hotel. There were plenty of amenities - they thought of everything you could need and the house has been stocked with it!

Words do not do this villa justice, it is simply breath taking. Everything is so stylish and well designed, coupled with beautiful views of the mountains, it really brought the wow factor to our holiday. Great location, it is on a hill but is an easy stroll into Port De Soller to explore the beach, marina, restaurants and shops. The management team were friendly and responsive too. You will not regret staying here, it is top notch!

Our whole family was absolutely delighted with the finca. Every detail has been thought of, with high-quality materials and modern appliances throughout. The house is absoluting stunning! We couldn't have been happier. It felt like stepping into a spa. The outdoor space is incredible. And the kitchen was fully stocked. The only two improvements we would suggest is a heated pool (would have been nice to swim in the evening, but it was too cold), and the key situation was a bit wonky (separate keys for master suite, etc). Will absolutely be back! Location is great - quick walk to the beach.
