Excellent communication, exceptional villa, everything was perfectly clean and beautifully designed. We were there for a wedding and the villa had everything we needed for the groom to get ready. The location was excellent - very close to the beach and shops and the view was spectacular. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much.

We had a wonderful stay at Son Estiu. The property was beautiful - designed and furnished with intention. The location was just what we wanted, quiet with a nice view, and a short 8 min walk to all the action. We stayed with 3 young kids and there is no barrier around the pool so we couldn't take our eyes off them while outside. Also, I must've skipped over the fact that the suite is not attached to the main house, but it all worked out and we had a fabulous time! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you

Got it — you want it warmer, natural, and less “thank-you paragraph repeat.” Here’s a tighter, more human reply: --- That’s so nice to hear — really glad Son Estiu worked well for you and the family 😊 Sounds like you made the most of it: peaceful setting but still close enough to walk into town easily, which is exactly the balance we hoped for. Lovely that the space and design clicked with you too. And thank you for pointing out the pool and the separate suite — really helpful feedback, especially for families with little ones. We always appreciate honest notes like that. Great to hear you’d stay again — you’d be very welcome back anytime!

Everything about our stay was so wonderful. The property is gorgeous, everything from the interior design to the pool and the view! Xisco was a wonderful host, great communication and even allowed for an early check in as it was available. Very close to the Port and was easy to walk around. I would 100% stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Words do not do this villa justice, it is simply breath taking. Everything is so stylish and well designed, coupled with beautiful views of the mountains, it really brought the wow factor to our holiday. Great location, it is on a hill but is an easy stroll into Port De Soller to explore the beach, marina, restaurants and shops. The management team were friendly and responsive too. You will not regret staying here, it is top notch!

The house is absoluting stunning! We couldn't have been happier. It felt like stepping into a spa. The outdoor space is incredible. And the kitchen was fully stocked. The only two improvements we would suggest is a heated pool (would have been nice to swim in the evening, but it was too cold), and the key situation was a bit wonky (separate keys for master suite, etc). Will absolutely be back! Location is great - quick walk to the beach.

Son Estiu is easily the best villa we’ve ever stayed in — a true 5‑star experience in every way. From the beautiful furnishings to the thoughtful design and incredible comfort, everything feels high‑end and carefully curated. The villa has every accessory you could possibly need, and the hosts were outstanding throughout our stay. Their communication was quick, clear and genuinely helpful, and they even arranged a full grocery shop for us before arrival (small charge), which made our late‑night check‑in effortless. The villa is spotlessly clean, the technology is modern and intuitive, and we felt completely safe and relaxed the entire time. The mountain view is slightly overlooked, but honestly it didn’t affect our enjoyment at all — the setting is still stunning. The downstairs garden suite deserves a special mention. It’s separate from the main house, located within the lower garden area, and feels like a private retreat. The bath is incredible, and the cosy layout made it perfect for a movie night. The pool area is beautiful and absolutely 5‑star resort standard. There was some nearby building work and the road itself is a little run down, but neither of these things impacted our stay. It’s around a 6–7 minute walk to the port, but I’d recommend having a car as the shortage of taxis and the difficulty in getting one can be quite limiting.Overall, Son Estiu is an exceptional villa with fantastic hosts. We would return in a heartbeat.

Beautiful Villa

We had a wonderful stay at this stunning villa in Port de Sóller. The home is beautifully designed, with high-end furnishings, tasteful decor, and every detail thoughtfully considered. The pool area was a true highlight—luxurious and serene, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location couldn’t be better. It’s a short pleasant walk to town, with great restaurants, shops, and the harbor. While the villa is definitely on the expensive side, the quality, comfort, and setting made it feel well worth it. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway in Mallorca.
