- Open-plan and equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, 2-ring electric hob, microwave/oven combo)
- Living room with dining area (table and chairs) and lounge area (TV, Rapido sofa: 2-person sleeping, duvet), opening onto a west-facing loggia with a view of the residence's garden (garden furniture)
- Shower room with WC
