Shop 100 m, grocery 200 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 100 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, sandy beach "Grande Plage de Carnac", thermal baths "Thalassothérapie Thalazur". Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, sailing school 300 m, riding stable 4 km. Nearby attractions: La Trinité sur Mer 6 km, La Presqu'Ile de Quiberon 14 km, Alignements de Carnac 3 km, Auray 18 km, Vannes 33 km, Lorient 52 km. Hiking paths: le Golfe du Morbihan.
1-room studio 26 m2 on 2nd floor. Fully renovated in 2018, beautiful furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (4 induction hot plates, freezer, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Balcony 5 m2, south facing position. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the garden. Facilities: baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer, logs (free). Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking (fenced 1 car). Please note: non-smokers only.
