Charming and cosy holiday home for 2 people located in a very quiet area of Costa Teguise. It has a balcony, fibre WiFi and all amenities. Ideal for those who prefer to get away from the chaos of the centre and relax in peace.

Casa Atlantida is located 15 minutes walking from the centre of Costa Teguise, within a very quiet residential area. Near the property, you will find a supermarket, a children's park and a café.



From the balcony of Casa Atlántida, you will be able to enjoy a beautiful view over the garden, decorated with trees and cacti typical of the island of Lanzarote. Imagine preparing your breakfast in the house's kitchen - fully equipped with a toaster, microwave, utensils, vitroceramic hob and oven - and enjoying them outdoors, savouring the view and the tranquillity that can be felt in the complex.



The house has a double room with a double bed and a fan (sheets and 2 towels per person are provided), a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine, safe, a spacious living room with Smart TV, sofa and dining area. WiFi with fibre is available throughout the house.



To access the dwelling, one must climb two flights of stairs, as the house is located on the second floor of the complex.



If you are planning to rent a car to explore Lanzarote, Casa Atlántida will be an ideal starting base for touring the island. There is parking available within the complex.

Superbe logement, avec une vue magnifique

La vue du balcon est magnifique, la résidence est calme et bien située. Le parking est sécurisé ce qui est parfait pour pouvoir garer sa voiture de location. L'appartement possède tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin ! Petit + pour le lit qui est super confortable. L'appartement aurait pu être un peu plus propre au niveau du sol.

Ein entspannter Aufenthalt voller Erlebnisse verteilt auf ganz Lanzarote. Eine tolle Insel, mit dem Leihwagen bestens zu erobern! Unterwegs Restaurants mit leckerem Essen und herzhaftem Frühstück in der Ferienwohnung.Diese war am Ankunftstag nur schwer zu finden wg fehlender Angaben: die pdf-Datei liess sich wg fehlerhafter Installation Ihres Sicherheitszertifikates partout nicht öffnen. Da ist Verbesserungspotential. Sonst alles gut.
