New apartment in a modern and luxurious complex in Costa Teguise. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Bed linen and bath and pool towels are provided.

Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, toaster, capsule coffee machine, water kettle and fridge. Wi-Fi with fibre, ideal for smart working. Two smart TVs with Netflix. Spacious private terrace with spectacular sea views. You can also enjoy the enormous terrace of the complex with sun loungers and a rest area to relax and sunbathe. Quiet shared swimming pool with sun loungers.



First-floor apartment, the complex does not have a lift.

The apartment and complex were very clean. The pool area and outdoor seating area were just as shown in the photos. The apartment was well equipped and all the appliances worked. The complex is in a quiet area and there was plenty of street parking just outside. Eva was very helpful and responded quickly to my queries.

2 week stay, like my home from home

I've used these senator apartments 3 times over the last couple of years, they do not disappoint. They have everything we need for a short home from home break away. This kitchen is such that you can prepare and cook meals for a family, Oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. Fridge freezer for storing of the necessary ice creams... and a washing machine so you can travel light! The complex is mostly quiet and not hugely populated and busy, visitors staying at the apartments are often out and about leaving the pool area empty, so you can enjoy at your own leisure, timings apply, but for us we often had the pool to ourselves!
