We are still open however, October Through March 2026, there is construction at the complex, so we have reduced our prices for the inconvenience. Certain times guests may or may not have full access to the balcony.
Book now and rent this amazing Ocean Front Unit! You and your family will enjoy the awesome views of the ocean and enormous pool. Deal direct with the owner and stay at this premier resort in Panama City Beach, Florida! We have one of the biggest pools and nicest resorts here in Panama City Beach. The unit comes with a spectacular balcony facing the beach with views of the ocean and pool. Wake up in the mornings in a magnificent master bedroom facing the ocean, with an en-suite master bath. The second bedroom has an attached bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom is a bunkroom with an attached 1/2 bathroom, great for the kids or young adults. The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances with 9 foot ceilings and tile through out bedrooms with over 1000 square feet of living space. You can even enjoy the view while cooking up something to eat in the kitchen. Walk to the living room, sit down and enjoy the ocean view or relax on the sleeper sofa. Then step out to the balcony, sit back and enjoy the view and listen to the waves of the beautiful ocean. After a little R and R go out and enjoy dinner with many great restaurants in the area, or eat at home and enjoy watching TV with our Free HBO, or streamline your favorite Netflix movies on our smart TV’s.

We also upgraded the High Speed internet boasting speeds up to 600 Mbps.

This unit is located on the 10th floor and it comes with its own dedicated parking space, which is also on the 10th floor. Unlike other condos where trucking luggage back and forth can be a pain. This unit has a reserve spot very close to the unit, so checking in and out is easy. Everything you need is in the unit, including a full kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The unit also comes with its own washer and dryer for your convenience. There is 24 hour gated security with one of the largest pools on the strip, as well as a tiki bars, food and convenience store all located on the property.

This unit was stocked fully from kitchen items to extra trash bags. We really enjoyed our stay here in this unit. We stay every year at shores of Panama condo, because it’s so center to everything. The parking was convenient due to not having to get on parking elevators. The check in process was easy.

Great location on beach with easy access to restaurants and entertainment. Our stay was during December so we did not use the pool, but did enjoy the hot tub and made use of the workout room. JoAnn was very responsive and accommodating.

My family and I had a great stay at this condo. The pool was great fun for the kids, especially on those double red flag days when the beach wasn't an option. Location is absolutely the best. The only negatives I would be able to provide are the elevators are packed during peak seasons and this unit was on the 10th floor of the parking deck, which is a lot of driving in circles to get to. But this is literally the only bad part. Overall, an absolutely great location and stay!

The property was exactly as described, Excellent! The owner was easy to communicate with. With condo staff nearby at all major entrances, we felt safe the entire time. Check-in process was easy and straight forward. Great views, beach was clean and managed well. Once we figured out the TV remotes, the TV was very easy to operate. We had a great time! Parking spot on the same floor as the unit was a game changer! Communication with property owner was fantastic! There is a tack strip in the doorway of the master that is exposed (really hurts) also some sinks are not draining properly. Thanks for the space… loved it!

BEST COMMUNICATION & BEST LOCATION IN OVER 30 YEARS!

We have been vacationing at gulf front properties WAY before VRBO was even formed. We vacation in FL at least once per year and decided to stay a month this year. We found JoAnn's property. We have never met any owner who was so fast to respond to even the silliest of questions...and who was just plain amazing. And the resort was the best we have stayed at. Awesome stay!!

We found the property everything we could have wanted and more!!! Sat on the balcony in the sun everyday watched the sunset then meandered downstairs and spent a few hours in the hot tub. It was great. We also walked next door to the crazy pineapple restaurant and ate ribs. Also great. Although the parking does have you going round and round. The space was easy to find and it was also easy to find parking for our second vehicle. We will defiantly try to get back to this unit and maybe take the grandkids Once we learned the tv it was great. The grandkids would have had that up and running in seconds. The internet was a little sluggish in the evenings

I live on long Island with my husband and one of three children. The other two are teachers and already moved out of the house. I own a hair salon and have been cutting hair for over 20 years. I come from a big family, so I know the importance of going on vacation. The memories that we share with my family is priceless. You too will enjoy this spectacular Villa and make precious memories for years to come.

Why they chose this property

We searched up and down this beach and saw many condos and their amenities. We decided to buy this one, because it’s right on the beach with a huge pool. This complex is best one in Panama City Beach, Florida. The building was built in 2007, so the unit is fairly new, compared with many other condo complexes on the beach. Most of them were built many years ago. The unit inside is very spacious, it has 9 foot ceiling with tile throughout the unit except in the bedrooms and one of the nicest units we've seen.

What makes this property unique

By pass the elevators and walk right to the unit with a reserve parking space 1018 located on the 10th floor. Unit comes with up to 2 parking passes.
