Near to town and to the port, this amazing newly built apartment offers easy access and quality living for 4 people. it has a balcony with a dining table, living room with open plan kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and 2 double bedrooms. The layout is easy and practical. The materials and colors are well chosen and the apartment has all you can wish for nearby: busstop, super market, restaurants, night life, sports. It is possible to hire the downstairs apartment as well to host up to 8 guests.



The building comprises 2 apartments: on ground level with a terrace and on the first floor with a nice balcony. An external staircase leads up to the first floor. As the building is totally new, the garden is still young.

Additionally there is a studio apartment for 2 on the same property that can be rented as well.

Perfect for us

Loved everything about the accomodation, we were a big family group and it was just perfect. Check in was very easy. Communication great. Very close to the port and town, quick 5 min walk. Excellent little coffee shop 2 min away as well, just perfect for us. N/a

Absolutely wonderful stay at Maya 2 Apartment! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a fantastic stay at Maya 2 Apartment in Skiathos and can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting the island. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The apartment was beautiful, clean, comfortable and very well equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The location was excellent — peaceful and convenient, making it easy to explore the beautiful beaches and the rest of Skiathos. What really made our stay special was the hospitality and kindness of the hosts. They were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay, and we truly felt that they cared about making our holiday enjoyable. The apartment was exactly what we hoped for, and the whole experience was even better than expected. We would happily stay at Maya 2 Apartment again on our next visit to Skiathos. Thank you for a wonderful holiday! We will definitely be back. ️🇬🇷 Highly recommended — 10/10!
