Absolutely beautiful villa with all the home comforts. The beds are super comfortable. Extremely clean and the cleaners did a fabulous job every 4 days during our 10 day stay. Very peaceful area (we stayed in April after the UK school holidays). Would highly recommend.The only downside is all the building supplies and equipment in the street which is not nice to look at and spoils the area overall (there is a part built villa on the street, although there was no building work taking place during our stay).

Fabulous week at Odin 3

Thank you to the team for a wonderful week. Easy check in, great communication, beautiful property. For those with little children, it is not the most child safe however for us it was not a bother at all. We managed with a gate across the strais but others may want to know this. The team couldn't do enough for us and we would highly recommend this great property!

This is an extremely attractive villa. The quality of the furnishings / facilities is very high. The standard of customer service provided by the BuenaVilla Vacation Rental was very high, all of which enabled us to have an excellent relaxing holiday. We would highly recommend it.

Magnificent villa with sea view

Magnificent modern villa, tastefully designed and furnished, in a quiet, residential neighbourhood. Outdoors, comfortable, practical, view, sea. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, billiards... Everything you need for a great holiday. Ideal for several couples, each with their own bathroom, and the icing on the cake is the master bedroom. The housekeeping service is a real bonus, with pleasant and professional staff.

Odis 3 is a superb modern property and definitely had the wow factor. It was quiet throughout our stay, despite many neighbouring villas being vacant. The villa is not overlooked and has distant sea views.There is a villa nearby under construction, work stopped during our stay so there was no noise. If this is a concern, I’d suggest checking with Buenavilla before booking.The villa is only a 15-minute drive from the airport, a few minutes from a well-stocked supermarket, and around a 10-minute walk to the local marina and its restaurants. Lively Puerto del Carmen is also just a short taxi ride away.We stayed as a family with one young child, two teenagers and an elderly mum, and the villa was perfect for all of us. It was spacious, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. It also felt very secure, which gave us complete peace of mind.The layout suited us perfectly, with three upstairs double bedrooms and two downstairs twin bedrooms. A welcome hamper with a few essentials was a lovely surprise on arrival, and the Wi-Fi was reliable throughout.We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and large hot tub. The pool was ideal for cooling off, although families with young children should note that there is no shallow end. We brought a child’s swim vest, which worked well for our confident 5 year-old, always supervised of course.Communication with Buenavilla was excellent, Matthew and David also stopped by during our stay to make sure everything was ok. Highly recommended.

A Perfect Stay in a Stunning Villa!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this brand new villa with my family and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything felt fresh, modern, and immaculately maintained. The design was sleek yet welcoming, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel like a true home away from home. There was someone in every couple of days to clean the pool and hot tub and a full villa clean mid week with new bedding and towels. The location was great, about a 15 / 20 min walk along the coastal path to the town. It was close to everything we needed, yet tucked away enough to offer peace and privacy. The outdoor area was fantastic, the swimming pool was a great size for all 10 of us to be in together along with some floaties. The pool is quite deep about 1.5m so kids can’t stand but it didn’t seem to bother them. There was plenty of sunbeds for us all as well and the hot tub was great at the end of the day once the kids had gone to bed. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure our stay was seamless. I would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient getaway. Can’t wait to return!

Odis 3

Odis 3 is a superb, modern contemporary villa with a real wow factor. It was peaceful throughout our stay, although many of the neighbouring villas were vacant. The property is not overlooked and benefits from distant sea views. There is a nearby villa under construction, but work had halted during our stay, so there was no noise whatsoever. If you have any concerns about this, I’d recommend checking with Buenavilla before booking. The villa is ideally located—just a 15-minute drive from the airport, only a few minutes from a well-stocked supermarket, and around a 10-minute walk to the local marina and its restaurants. The livelier Puerto del Carmen is also just a short taxi ride away. We stayed as a family with one young child, two teenagers, and an elderly mum, and the villa was perfect for all of us. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped with everything we needed. The villa felt extremely secure, giving us complete peace of mind. The layout suited our family perfectly, with three upstairs double bedrooms and two downstairs twin rooms. A lovely welcome hamper with some essentials was a nice surprise on arrival. The Wi-Fi was reliable throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the swimming pool and the large hot tub. The pool was perfect for cooling off in the hot weather, although families with young children should be aware that there isn’t a shallow end. We brought a child’s swim vest, which worked well for our confident five-year-old (always under close supervision, of course). Communication with Buenavilla was excellent from start to finish. Matthew and David stopped by during our stay to make sure everything was okay, and they were both friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. We had a fantastic holiday and would absolutely love to return. Highly recommended!
