This cottage sits close to the road with great access to Asheville off NC-63 and 20 minutes to I-40 in Haywood County. Three bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. Living room, kitchen and dining room, TV room, and large garage for rainy day activities. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed and the other two bedrooms feature double beds. All appliances in the kitchen are new.

We built the house when our children were very young and
lived in the house for right at 30 years. We built house and
moved to the farm (about 10 miles away). We have a
Christmas tree farm - blackberries - raspberries - peaches -
apples - goats - sheep and Great Pyrenees Dogs. We would
love to have our guests give a call and come for a visit.
