The location of this apartment was fabulous! It was within walking distance of museums, shops and restaurants. Dejan met us at the apartment when we checked in to show us around and answer any questions. We stayed during a heatwave. He had fans running before we got there. He was very responsive both before and during our stay via the VRBO app. The apartment was clean and fully stocked.

Dejan met us at the apartment, let us in early, and showed us how everything in the place worked. He was very cordial and helpful. The property's location was perfect for theater, dining, and monument viewing: about 100 yards from Trafalgar Square. However, there were some problems which made our stay difficult. The first: the construction noises from right next door. We were treated to jackhammers, piledrivers, angle grinders and falling concrete noises from seven AM to about 5:30 PM. Of course, we were out a lot, but while there, it was awful. A warning would have been appreciated, but business is business.Second was the odor. The place was surface clean, but the carpeting was old and irregular. Mildew and mold and the "rising damp" of London were probably the problem. We opened all the windows, which helped, but the noise grew worse. Last, the bed was terrible, concave, and in need of replacement. Also, the pictures made it seem that the bed could be accessed from both sides, but it was too close to the wall for that, so scooching and climbing over were necessary. I understand that the noise issue was not the owner's fault, but the rest should be seen to before the place gets worse. London is expensive, but the apartment did not merit our expense.

Excellent location and nice property

The location is very central, close to restaurants, Trafalgar Square is right around the corner. We had an emergency come up, and the owners were responsive in sharing information. The check-in and check out process was simple and easy. They communicated very well. We would stay here again if it’s available.

This apartment is in a fantastic location. It is about 10-15 minutes walk or less from pretty much any important tourist site in central London ! Access to various subway station options is just a 2-3 minute walk . Lots of dining and shopping options just minutes away . The apartment itself is reasonably sized for such a great location in London. We were a family of 5 and we managed well with the space . I felt very safe in this neighborhood. The place is slightly dated, but very clean . The owner is very responsive and easy to get a hold of if anything comes up . I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone, Especially if traveling with a family . I am very glad to have found this apartment .
