The listing showed a boat as amenity, which was not there. It was not possible to get it sorted before we left. Listing something which is not supposed to be there is unprofessional. Communications should be much clearer so we know where to get what we expect

Es waren schöne Tage, die wir verleben konnten. Für künftige Gäste wäre es einfacher, wenn ein Lageplan des Hausbootes mit übermittelt würde, da wir nur mit Mühe das richtige Boot finden konnten. So sollte ggf. das Hausboot eine Nummer bekommen, die man dann einfach aufsuchen konnte. Zudem war der "Türcode" nicht richtig, so dass wir erst telefonieren und ein Mitarbeiter kommen musste.
