A beautiful apartment in the best possible location. We are a family of 11 - and everything was perfect - including how each bedroom had its own full bathroom. The team was always available to help - especially with water taxis - and other recommendations. I highly recommend this place - you will not be disappointed!

Absolutely fantastic. Couldn’t have been better. Host was extremely helpful. Property was over the top amazing. You should stay here if you could afford it.

The check-in was quick, with a the host meeting us by the dock. The locations was excellent, and the rooms were plenty for 3 families with kids vacationing together. There was some trash left from the previous guest, but this was quickly removed by the host. The hot water runs colder if too many people shower at the same time, but this can be managed.

Superb, luxury accommodation

The Lady J Townhouse was simply the best rental experience I have ever had. The finishings and attention to detail rivaled a 5 star hotel, and the service was impeccable. I will absolutely return to stay here again.

All round excellent stay

The apartment is very luxurious and everything is newly furnished. We loved the overall quality and thought the location was perfect. The tiniest thing but thought it needed little trays to put the soap on in the bathrooms as I was concerned about leaving marks on the beautiful marble.

Perfect place in heart of Venice

This truly embodied the essence of italy and charm. The place was well decorated with high-end. Thoughtful accents. The appliances and finishes we're top notch. Every bathroom had a boudet and thoughtful lighting, including lighting in the closets and even in the shower niches. The kitchen was well equipped and the finishes were high end . The decoration and decor really felt like a modern italian home. The location was perfect, very close to a boat. Dock and very close to the heart of venice. The host was always available.If we needed something. It even has a pool table to play billiards. we literally chose your place over another place because of the pool table... Since two of our guests are avid pool billiard players. We were disappointed to find that you did not have chalk for the pool sticks. One cannot buy this type of chalk anywhere in Venice as we called 5 different places.... Please consider providing because serious pool players use chalk on every play. We ended up having to find an artist shop to buy chalk there.But it's not the same kind of chalk. Two of our gas were sadly very disappointed about this small issue. Plus chalk is very cheap to provide.
