Host was very helpful and responsive. Location was great just a little difficult to find if you did not take the water bus that stops outside the door! We were 8 adults and this home worked very well for us thank you Veronica we really enjoyed our stay!

WWe had a porter fee that was not disclosed: 80 euros. Upon check-in, the host asked us to pay 96 euros for some fee that was not disclosed. The water bus location or taxi is not convenient.The shampoo and body soap was one bottle. Coffee pods were good; just one box, and we had 6 people staying for 4 days. Lots of walking to pick up areas.We had few issues in the apartment but they send repair man next day.I would recommend if someone is looking for a quieter area of Venice.
