A beautiful apartment in the perfect location! The staff at Truly Venice was amazing and very helpful with everything we needed to get in and settled quickly. Great communication! The location is perfect, a short walk from pretty much everything you want to do in Venice! Highly recommend!

Property is lovely- old Venetian style. Somewhat squeaky floorboards in apartment above which can be quite noisy but this is just the type of property and would expect this in a lovely old building. Canal views are wonderful and it’s in a really central place, v close to San Marco and Rialto, but far enough away from the masses. Easy access, especially with a porter if you have luggage. Had an issue with the a/c and Truly Venice were v quick to respond and sort the issue. Also v helpful booking transportation from airport and back to station. We’ve booked with them before and would definitely book again.

Wonderful location. Host responsive to arranging water taxis to and from airport. Loved that it was walkable to so much, St. Mark’s square, Doge, and so many shops and restaurants. Looked out on our balcony and saw the gondolas. The home had everything we needed.

The experience was magical. The apartment is in a great location that is within short walking distance to many sightseeing hotspots. The hosts were welcoming, helpful, and responsive. My family and I felt safe and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice.

Perfect Place & Location

My family of five just stayed here and it was nothing short of amazing. It was in the perfect location to walk to every important site and all restaurants. The place had plenty of room for everyone and was very clean and maintained. I would highly recommend this place for anyone.

Great place

The communication with the property manager was excellent, from the get go. They organized a water taxi to and from the train station which made our lives easier. The place was very nice and clean and its location was perfect. Seeing the gondolas pass by was an added bonus.

A dream apartment in Venice.

We travelled with our 5 year old daughter and my mother in law. It was our first time in Venice, and this apartment met all our expectations. It was clean, big, beautiful, well located, had a balcony to the canal where you can see the local boats and gondolas passing by :) !. Our host was very nice, informative and friendly. The place had spacious bedrooms, and bathrooms. It had all the accommodations that we needed. Main places like St Marks square, and Rialto bridge were very close to the apartment (8-10 min walk). We enjoyed our stay and we would come back.

Amazing!

This apartment is exactly as pictured. It's very spacious and it was nice to have an office space. It was my husband and me, as well as our 22 year old son. We had room to relax and enjoy the view of the canal from the balconies. Tracy, the property manager, was truly excellent. After a long day of traveling, I messed up the detailed instructions and bypassed the check-in for the water taxi (completely my fault). Tracy answered right away and fixed the situation. She was waiting for us when we arrived. During our stay, Tracy responded promptly when we had questions.The location is perfect. The apartment is very close to everything you need, but also down a secluded side street. I highly recommend this apartment, as well as Truly Venice Rental Company!

Excellent stay in Venice. We had a family of 5, three adults two teens and felt this provided plenty of space. Centrally located, wonderful views and super easy check in process. Truly Venice arranged for the water taxi coming and going. An effortless and relaxing stay.
