Panama City Beach trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was clean could use updated maintenance needs to check the dryer vent more often took forever to dry clothes. It was full of lint and a sock that was the only only summer vacation

Over all great stay. Plenty of room and everything in the condo worked. There was a very limited amount of bath towels considering the amount of people this place could keep. We only had 4 people but only 6 bath towels so laundry was nessary.Shower needs to be deep cleaned as there was black in the corners. The hot tub was closed the entire time we were there. This is not the owners fault but is on Aqua.

Are very very dirty they should be replaced. The one elevator was out the whole time we were there and so it took getting up and down to the 11th floor a long time the security guard that that was there was not pleasant and I wish I would’ve had had noticed that the Fitness Jim was closed for renovation. It’s one of the things that I use when I’m there this is my third time at Aqua and this wasn’t the greatest because of the amenities.

Thank you for your feedback and for being a returning guest. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the elevator outage and fitness center renovation. While these building amenities are managed by the HOA, we understand how they impacted your stay. We appreciate your comments and hope to welcome you back once the improvements are complete. We had a great time in 1105; it was almost perfect. The room was as described—very spacious, with plenty of storage, and well maintained. The bathrooms were great for multiple people. The kitchen was well stocked, just remember to bring your own salt and pepper. The views from the balcony were wonderful. The biggest issue was that one of the elevators was out of service for maintenance. We would definitely stay again.

Unit 1105

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we rented was nice. In my opinion (or compared to other units we have rented in the past), it needs updating. The sofa appeared new, but the other furniture items seemed older. Everything functioned well as far as appliances, plumbing, televisions. Patio furniture not matched and one plastic chair was broken on the balcony. Carpets in both bedrooms heavily worn. king bed was comfortable, but queen bed and bunk beds were not as comfortable. Pull-out bed was comfortable. It would have been nice if there were some beach towels to use. The unit did provide boogie boards and beach chairs for use which was really nice. Unit has a beautiful view.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation rental was in great condition. It slept my family comfortably. It had all of the pans and things that we needed to cook our meals. We spent little time at the actual condo, but the time spent was great.

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was not up to Aqua standards. We have stayed at Aqua around 8 of our 20 visits to Panama City Beach. This was the most disappointing. The carpeting in both bedrooms was stained and not clean. One chair in the living room was broken and one on the balcony was broken leaving only two chairs and no table...(this unit sleeps 8)!! Not enough seating! The blender did not work. A number of light bulbs were burned out in the ceiling fixtures leaving the rooms poorly lit. The light in the master bedroom shower went off and on. The living room picture was faded and no plants as shown in the photo. Bottom Line-this was not a $2500 a week unit! We would have been totally embarrassed if family or friends had accompanied us. We love Aqua but will look for a different condo on our next visit.

Great Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You can't beat the location of Aqua. We never had to get in the car. There were restaurants and shopping within walking distance in both directions. The condo kitchen was very well stocked and we had plenty of room. The view was great and we didn't have any problem with slow elevators. I would probably try a different unit next time because the beds were pretty hard. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Another Amazing Aqua Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As typical at Aqua, our unit (1105) was beautiful, clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The view was breathtaking and the pools were refreshing. We specifically choose units that include beach chairs and 1105 includes just that. My teens enjoy having water sports available directly in front of Aqua and Pier Park just steps away.

Condo review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good trip except for the surf, but not much you can do about that. Double reds first two days then a lot of algae the last two days. Room was clean, and had extras like cards and board games that we enjoyed. Smoke detectors went off one night at 2:30 in the morning for 30 minutes until security unplugged them for the night. Security did not tell maintenance the next day so we had to contact them the next morning to let them know what happened so they would fix it. Washing machine is old and stopped working the same night the smoke detectors went off so had to get maintenance to fix that too. He was very nice and timely. Last year they had the volleyball nets up, and we enjoyed playing. This year they did not. The gentlemen at the rental huts were not very pleasant at times either when we signed up for parasailing and boat rides.
