Family time

Great stay with young adult children. Location restaurant choices and activity options were great. Only thing we did not realize is the back two bedrooms had balconies that faced the street and there is karaoke til 10pm. Again not terrible with young adults.

Everything you want in PCB

The condo is stunning! We’ve stayed in several places in PCB and we’ve even stayed in Aqua before but this condo being on the East end had all the views East South and West. We were 3 couples so we loved the setup. I would recommend this particular condo.

Where Luxury Meets Coastal Charm

Our weekend getaway at Aqua Condos in Panama City Beach, Florida, was nothing short of spectacular from the moment we arrived. The condo itself was a masterpiece of modern design and comfort. Very nice condo

Unit was beautiful and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped. Only issue was constantly waiting on the elevators and so much noise from the streets below. (We were on the 8th floor). Will pick a quieter area next time.

We just got back from PCB. This is our first time staying at Aqua Condos. The building and common areas of Aqua are beautifully designed, updated, clean and daily mantained. The condo itself is beautiful. Not as big as the pictures lead you to think it is but still a very nice one. Clean, updated and stocked with everything you can need made our stay a great one. Very comfy beds (I wish my own was as comfortable!) even my 10 year old kept raving about how comfy the sofa-bed was. Also Melissa was great to work with. She made herself available anytime we had any questions. Great experience!

Aqua 801 is a great condo that has everything you need. Beautiful Gulf view from the Living Room, Kitchen, and Master Bedroom. The sunsets are incredible. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our family as well.Aqua resort is located on a busier part of the strip. It's great for getting out with the kids, there are plenty of restaurants and local attractions within walking distance. We especially enjoyed Pier 53, Pier Park, Diego's, Runway Island, Gulf World Marine Park, and many other local establishments. We highly recommend Aqua Resort, especially #801! Melissa and team at are very responsive to emails and text before and during our stay. Great people and customer service.

Wonderful, Roomy Condo; 6 Happy Teenagers:)

My husband and I took 6 teenagers to PCB (2 belong to us). We chose PCB specifically because we knew there would be a lot to do to keep them busy. I did not want to hear the words "I'm bored" one time in 7 days. The condo was perfect. Perfect size. Perfect location. Two of the bedroom balconies overlooked the busy street, which was fantastic for the teens who really got into people watching. It was a short walk to Pier Park, where our group of teens went nightly. For my husband and, we loved the Master BR balcony and the corner unit windows were fantastic. The other two bedrooms were pretty small and we utilized the comfy pull outs in the main living area. We usually like to be higher up with the condos. This one was on the 8th floor, and it was fantastic. I took the stairs most of the time but when I did take the elevator, the wait was manageable (even when the 2nd elevator stopped working briefly, which I am convinced happens at EVERY condo property). The chairs and umbrella that come with the rental were AWESOME! We really enjoyed not having to rent those separately every day. And Melissa was terrific. She answered my questions quickly and was just so nice to work with. We and our teens give Melissa and her condo 16 thumbs up!

Aqua Resort PCB

Aqua 801 was fantastic. The pictures of the ocean views are not photoshopped (I thought they might have been when we booked). The views really are that amazing. The condo is all updated and beautiful. The kitchen/living room/dining room is open with views of the ocean and a walk out to the balcony. The kitchen is large and has everything needed if you feel like cooking. Speaking of cooking, the pool below has two large grills for a cook-out. The bedrooms are excellent. The master is large and has room for multiple pack n plays if you have little ones. The master bath is huge, with a great walk in closet, a shower, and large tub. Plus, the master has a walk out to the balcony as well. The second bedroom also has its own shower. The third bedroom is adjacent to a large bathroom with tub. All the bedrooms have new Samsung TVs. The living room, which is spacious, has a large TV as well. There is also a washer and dryer in a side room. It is just a short elevator ride down to the pool or beach from the room. The parking garage is across the street but connected via skybridge, making it safe to cross over. The building is located very closely to shopping at Pier Park, restaurants, night life, GulfWorld, and golf. All are within a few minutes or less. Walmart and Target, as well as many restaurants, are about 30 seconds up the road from the building. This place is outstanding and we are happy we chose it!

Beautiful condo with fantastic view

The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and in a good location. Large bathrooms, fabulous balcony with comfortable furniture to enjoy the view, and quite close to several places to walk for entertainment/dining. Would definitely recommend this place to others, but be aware of 2 things: 1. The elevators were *constantly* broken and we got tired of the 8 flights of stairs we had to take when elevators were down. This alone will make us look at other places to stay next time. Major bummer carrying my child up & down those stairs while on vacation. 2. Shuckem’s (fantastic place- must go when you stay here) across the street offers karaoke until late at night. Without my children we would have enjoyed this quite a bit and gone over to participate, but we had the kids with us. It made it impossible to sleep for my 2 young kids staying in rooms on that side of the condo. Several nights of being kept up hours past their bedtime by loud music made for cranky, tired children each day. Moving them to sleep in the living room was a total pain that put a damper on the adults ability to stay up and enjoy the evening. Just be aware that whoever sleeps in the rooms that look at Shuckem’s won’t be going to bed before 11pm. Fine for adults and others there for the party, but it was pretty frustrating for my kids. Might could try bringing ear plugs or a white noise machine to drown it out...wish we’d had the heads up in advance. This makes me see this condo/location as not kid-friendly for future bookings. Without the elevator problem and really noisy rooms, I would have rated this higher. It really is a fantastic unit to rent aside from those issues.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to remind guests booking this lovely property that we have over 50 5 Star Reviews and thank you for the positive 5 Star review specifically in regard to my company and this condo! I always remind our guests that we are 5 Star but not perfect and most of what you have mentioned, I have no control over but will certainly send this message to our COA management team and board to review. We specifically state in several areas that we want you 5 Star happy and provide a phone number to report to us immediately if anything is not satisfactory so that we can do our best to make it a better stay! How are we supposed to know if you do not reach out and tell us what we can do to make it the best stay? I have been managing at Aqua for 14 years and Aqua is the premier location in Panama City Beach and my company, our Aqua management and our COA board take everything very seriously and set forth to remain the premier location in PCB, FL. I truly do apologize for the elevator situation as we were hit by a tornado a few months ago right before peak season and they were repaired but unfortunately failed again and Aqua and its teams including our legal teams decided to shut them down for the safety of our guests. The elevator parts are on order and we are waiting on shipment of major parts which takes extra time to manufacture and ship in today's world. We will be back to greatness soon and we appreciate your patience as we work through these temporary challenges. My company alone has over 500 5 STARS primarily at Aqua so please know that we try to do everything possible within our control to make sure you are having a fabulous stay! PCB is known for having a little night life and 99% love it so please make sure if you want to be at a more private secluded destination to seek that so that you are having the secluded experience you desire.
