The property listing was accurate and well represented in the photos in a quiet residential neighborhood. Palma was in all aspects a true premier host. Her many years of experience showed with being quick to answer any questions, offer suggestions, gave us use of her own beach chair & umbrella even bought us some basic food necessities for next days breakfast after our 9 pm arrival she's amazing. It was clean, bright, cheerful, ac and ceiling fans were appreciated with the warmer temperatures. When it was cooler the open windows gave good circulation. WIFI , tv service, other appliances worked very well. We stayed for 5 weeks and were grateful for a washing machine and access to drying lines on the rooftop as well as a drying rack inside. Kitchen was supplied with everything you would need/want . The rooms were well thought out and we had plenty of closet and drawer space. The location had easy access to the beach, grocery, pharmacy, restaurants and bus stops which were greatly appreciated with one of us having mobility concerns.Tastefully decorated with a modern accent. Overall we loved our time here and wouldn't hesitate to rent again. Very satisfied clients.
