Excellent location and lovely sea view from the patio. Very well equipped apartment with everything needed for our stay. Several pool areas to use close by to the apartment. Great sea breeze for our stay but handy to have air con in bedrooms and lounge area. Host was helpful and responsive to queries.

We had a wonderful stay! Enjoyed the ocean view from the terrace. Spectacular sunsets! The location was ideal for visiting the town and beach and also perfect for day trips!Would highly recommend!

The location was perfect for Carvoiero beach, hiking, restaurants and browsing tourist shops. We were here mid October and the main area in Carvoieo was still lively in the evening without being crowded. The walk up the hill from the town back to the resort is pretty steep but great for getting daily exercise. The pool area (with a large pool and kiddie pool) right outside the apartment was not busy during our stay. The apartment is stocked with basics: you will need the bring your own hand soap, shampoo body wash etc. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Just the most beautiful apartment with the most fabulous view! This apartment is perfectly located close to the centre and moments away from the pools. Fully kitted out with all you need. The balcony was fabulous with plenty of space and great views of the sea and village centre. It’s about a 5-10 minute walk to the centre for shops and dinner and yes it’s on a hill, but it’s all very walkable. The hosts were amazing and so helpful and there’s also on site resort support at the reception to the resort. Highly recommend. Thank you so very much for a fabulous week!

Comfortable, clean and welcoming. Two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very comfortable sitting/TV area. Spacious balcony/deck with table and four chairs where we ate most of our meals. Well -equipped kitchen for cooking in. Gorgeous view of the beach and ocean beyond. Stunning sunsets. Walk to anywhere in Carvoeira, and a great location from which to take day trips to other parts of the Algarve. Highly recommended.

Just got home from a two week stay at this beautiful resort two-bedroom apartment at the Monte Dourado complex in Carvoeiro Portugal. The apt is exactly as described in the listing, I had everything we required for 4 adults to enjoy a great vacation. The unit was clean and kitchen well stocked location was very close to the town centre a short walk away, down the hill. Sarah and Laurence were great host and contact was easy with quick responses to any questions. We certainly would stay again on a return visit to Portugal.

We had a wonderful family holiday in Carvoeiro and this apartment was absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t have been better – right in the centre of Carvoeiro yet peaceful and private, with everything just a short walk away.The apartment itself was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. The beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve ever had on holiday, and the kitchen was really well equipped with great appliances (the coffee machine was a lovely touch!).The pool was fantastic, just a stone’s throw from the door, and the balcony views were spectacular – the perfect spot to relax at the end of the day.We’ve stayed in a number of places in and around Carvoeiro before, but this one really had it all. We loved every minute and hope to be back soon!

We have just returned from 4 weeks at this lovely apartment. The views are spectacular and the sunsets of dreams. The apartment was comfortable and spacious. There are little things which needs updating but the host informed me they are doing a refurb for next year which will be fantastic. Sarah communicated perfectly with me and always was quick to respond to any questions. We had an amazing holiday and we would definitely stay here again. I must also mention the cleaners. They do a great job and it was lovely to to come back to the apartment after the weekly clean. Thank you Sarah, we loved the apartment and we are sad to be home!!!

Fabulous stay here.. the accomodation, the property was clean , comfortable and in a great location for exploring the area .
