Casa Lin La Carihuela, Torremelinos

This beautiful ground-floor apartment was renovated a year ago and is located in the heart of city centre La Carihuela, Torremelinos, right on the boulevard, less than 65 metres from the beach, and just a 15-minute walk from the small port of Benalmedena, Puerto Marina.
The apartment is equipped with all modern amenities, including a dining table in the kitchen where you can eat, and features two bathrooms, each adjacent to a bedroom.
It’s right next to the outdoor garden, where you can relax in peace in the evening and take a refreshing dip in the pool during the day.
We have internet and a TV with all the latest series and films—or even a Dutch channel—so you’ll never be bored.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, electric hob, espresso pod machine, electric kettle, and an oven.
We have plenty of closet space upstairs and downstairs; downstairs, the closet contains a safe with a combination lock, as well as a washer-dryer combo.
There’s also an air conditioner that’s very easy to adjust—it can go from cool to cold and, if needed, provide light heating if you get cold.
One sleeping area downstairs can be completely closed off with blinds and an electric roller shade that you can lower; there’s also an electric roller shade by the window, allowing you to darken the entire room for a good night’s sleep.
In the apartment, we’ve provided a welcome booklet with all the necessary information and a guide to potential outings—what you can do in the area or surrounding areas—and every activity listed in the booklet is linked to QRcodes linked to potential discounts that you can scan and redeem if they’re still valid.
And if you’ve rented a car or plan to rent one, we also have a car park—just let the key manager know, and they’ll give you a remote control so you can unlock the door; the cost for this is 0.50 euros.

A key manager will bring you the keys and show you around a bit; you can ask him anything. He charges €0.35 for key pickup, and we also require a deposit of € 200, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay after a check.
