As you enter Villa Maria, you will be welcomed by a cosy living area featuring an open-plan kitchen with a practical breakfast bar, perfect for enjoying aperitifs or informal breakfasts. The dining area is ideal for sharing special moments, while the comfortable sofa and TV provide a relaxing space to unwind. From the living room, you can step directly onto the furnished porch, complete with a table and chairs, overlooking the small garden at the front of the house. It is a pleasant and private corner where you can relax and enjoy convivial moments while taking in a beautiful glimpse of the lake.



The villa features a fully renovated bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, plus a convenient pull-out bed that can accommodate an additional guest. A practical laundry room with a washing machine and utility sink is also available.



The original furnishings have been carefully preserved and are in excellent condition, adding a charming vintage touch to the modern comforts. Although the villa is an older property, it offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, enhanced by its beautiful wooden details and homely character.



The property also offers two covered outdoor parking spaces, ensuring convenience and security during your stay.



The centre of Moniga del Garda can easily be reached on foot with a pleasant walk, where you will find bars, restaurants and the picturesque Moniga Castle.



Villa Maria is an ideal base for exploring the most beautiful places around Lake Garda, as well as a strategic location for enjoying some of the finest golf courses in Italy.
