Das Haus ist fantastisch, sehr hochwertig und individuell eingerichtet. Besonders der offene Bereich im Erdgeschoss mit offener Küche, großer Kücheninsel, Esstisch und Sitzecke mit drei verstellbaren Fernsehsesseln (die brauchen wir zuhause auch!) hat uns als Familie besonders gefallen. Das große Schlafzimmer oben mit Boxspringbett, Ankleideraum und eigenem Badezimmer ist aufwändig und liebevoll saniert, das Schlafzimmer und Bad unten noch nicht, ist aber trotzdem vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, einzig ein großer Topf hat uns gefehlt. Dafür gab es jedoch alles mögliche bis hin zur Austernzange. Unser Hund war willkommen und konnte auf dem komplett eingezäunten Grundstück rumtoben. Wir haben zwei entspannte, wunderschöne Wochen dort verbracht, sind ungern abgereist und empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter!

Sehr schönes Haus mit viel Platz. Check in war problemlos. Ich kann dir Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Unser Hund konnte sich im großen Garten austoben. Sehr schöne Region. Lediglich 10 min zu Fuß bis zum Meer.

Haus und Garten sehr schön

Wir waren als Paar mit großem Hund zu Gast im schönen Haus von Fabrice. Ich kann mich vorangegangenen Bewertungen nur anschließen: der Aufenthalt war sehr entspannt. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Vermieter war problemlos und die Antworten auf alle Fragen kamen innerhalb weniger Minuten. Die Einrichtung und Aufteilung des Hauses gefiel uns sehr und kam unseren Bedürfnissen sehr entgegen. Die Gartenmöbel sind bequem. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

superbe maison très bien équipée . fabrice est à l'écoute de nos besoins et répond rapidement seul petit regret pour nous de ne pas avoir pu loger dans sa très belle chambre à l'étage car les chiens n'ont pas le droit d'y monter sinon je recommande ce logement et fabrice à 100/100

Fijn vakantiehuis op een prachtige locatie

Wij waren hier met 4 volwassenen en drie windhonden. Het huis heeft een goed omheinde tuin. Een gedeelte van het huis is vernieuwd. Het huis staat (op loopafstand) dichtbij zee, restaurants een koffiebar en een bakker. De eigenaar van het huis en de locals zijn vriendelijk.

Tolles Haus in schöner Lage

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat einen grossen eingezäunten Garten. Es fehlt an nichts. Herr Laot und seine Mutter sind sehr freundlich und jederzeit zu erreichen. Sonntags brachte er uns sogar einen frischen selbst geangelten Fisch vorbei. Die Lage war für uns toll.. viele Wanderwege um mit den Hunden spazieren zu gehen, aber auch einige kleine und grosse Strände in direkter Umgebung. Kleine Restaurants, wobei wir das Chardon Bleu sehr empfehlen können, sind fußläufig erreichbar. Sowie ein kleines Café und ein Bäcker am Hafen wo man zu Fuß in 10 min ist. Kurz und gut. Wir haben uns rund herum wohl gefühlt und schon fürs nächste Jahr gebucht.

Schönes und sauberes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit unseren Kindern und unserem Hund in Porspoder. Das Haus ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Garten ist groß und komplett eingezäunt. Ideal für Hunde. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Unsere Autobatterie war leer und 20 min. später stand er mit einem Überbrückungskabel vor der Tür und hat uns geholfen. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Super séjour

Location très bien équipée, très bien située, au calme, mais non loin des commerces qui sont tous accessibles à pied. Le jardin entièrement clôturé est parfait pour les enfants et les chiens, qui peuvent y jouer en toute sécurité. Très bon accueil des propriétaires, merci pour le cadeau de bienvenue ! A recommander sans hésiter !!

Charmante petite maison

Un super séjour à Porspoder, Mr Laot est un propriétaire arrangeant et très sympathique. Nos trois chiens ont pu jouer dans la jardin clôture pendant que nous profitions de la terrasse. La location est en excellent état et rien ne manque dans la maison, quant à Porspoder même des crêperies délicieuses et des ballades à faire un peu partout. Je recommande sans hésiter ! Merci encore

Très belle maison, très bien située...

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Porspoder dans cette belle maison, très agréable et bien équipée. Le grand terrain clôturé à fait le bonheur de notre chien, la plage à 5mn à pied, la boulangerie à 10mn (avec du "vrai pain" !), le sentier côtier juste à côté, des restau sympa à proximité... et une rue calme... bref nous avons adoré ! Le propriétaire est très sympa et serviable (le cadeau de bienvenue à été très apprécié après 12h de route, merci encore !) Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation, et il est fort possible que nous y reviendrons ! -- Ugo

tres belle location

Nous avons passer une belle semaine en couple accompagné de notre chien lequel avait un super terrain de jeux entierement cloturé. la maison est super bien équipé il y a vraiment tout ce qu il faut,de plus une bouteille de cidre et un gateau breton vous attendent a votre arrivé propriétaire tres sympa a votre écoute en cas de besoin que nous remercions encore pour le poisson frais de sa peche qu il nous a apporté a louer sans soucis

Très bonne location

Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire. La maison ainsi que le terrain sont très agréables. Rien ne manquait. Idéal pour les animaux de compagnie car le terrain est vraiment clos. La connexion wifi fonctionne du tonnerre.

Ruhiges Ferienhaus mit grossem Garten

Schönes Ferienhaus mit großem hundefreundlichem Garten. Das Grundstück ist nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Zur Begrüssung gab es Cidre und bretonische Kekse, sowie frische Rosen aus dem Garten. Das Haus beinhaltet eine gute Küchenausstattung, 2 Fernseher, 2 Sofas. Die Raumdekoration ist mit vielen Tierskulpturen Geschmacksache. Wir haben hier mit unserem Hund einen schönen Urlaub verbracht.

Je tenais tout d abort a remercier M laot fabrice pour sa sympathie et son acceuil chaleureux. Aucune mauvaise surprise en prenant possession de notre location.La maison est tres agreable et bien equipees.Nous avons pu apprecier les plages seulement a 5 minutes a pied pour oxygener lors de plusieurs ballades pendant notre sejour.Nous y somme alles avec nos deux enfants et tous la trouves a sont gout,calme en etant pres de la mer.Tres grand jardin que nous et les enfants ont passes de tres bon moment. Heerlijk huis met grote tuin. Veel privacy!

Het huis is praktisch en volledig ingericht. Toen we aankwamen lagen er Bretonse koekjes en een fles cider in de koeling. Leuk. Het was er schoon en opgeruimd. Als je naar boven gaat is er een vide waar een kleine bioscoop is ingericht. Een 50 inch scherm met een dvd speler! Perfect voor een regenachtige dag of voor 'avonds. De kamer op de 2e verdieping heeft geen kast om kleren op te hangen. Dat was niet handig. Kleren van de kinderen bleven dus maar in de koffer. Er zijn overal Afrikaanse voorwerpen. Waarschijnlijk heeft de eigenaar daar iets mee. De keuken is voldoende ingericht. Een splinternieuwe oven. Magnetron, alles wat je wil. Echter geen broodplank, snijplank, geen gewone messen, geen kaasschaaf, (alleen kartelmessen!). De apparaten zijn later in het huis geplaatst waardoor ze soms ergens anders staan dan verwacht. De afwasmachine en wasmachine staan bijv in de garage. Maar die zijn van binnen te bereiken. Daar wen je aan. Buiten heb je erg veel ruimte. Heerlijk. 2 robuuste ligstoelen zorgen voor comfort. In de garage liggen zachte kussens daarvoor. Je kunt buiten voetballen of andere spellen doen. Die liggen in de garage. In de tuin is een picknicktafel en een bbq. Perfect allemaal. Het huis is vrijstaand en ligt op een hoek. Veel privacy. Boodschappen kun je doen in een kleine Spar in Porspoder, maar voor grote hoeveelheden ga je naar de Leclerc in Ploudalmézau. Daar is óók vrij WiFi, wat in het huis helaas ontbreekt.. De eigenaar is alleraardigst. Reageert direct als je hem nodig hebt. Spreekt alleen Frans! Met sms gaat het echter prima. Porspoder is een leuk en heel Frans kustplaatsje. Vesuvio (Italiaans) en Les Chardons Bleus (crêperie) zijn leuke restaurants. We hebben er vaker gegeten. Aardige bediening ook. In Argenton, wat vlak naast Porspoder ligt, heb je een boulangerie. Vanuit huis loop je naar de zee. Je kunt er heerlijk wandelen en genieten van de adembenemende kust die steeds weer anders is bij verschillende tijdstippen. Samenvattend hebben we hier een heerlijke 2 weken gehad met de kinderen. Ik zou het zeer aanbevelen aan vrienden en kennissen.
