The house was amazing! So comfortable, clean, and well stocked with anything we needed. The owner stayed in touch and was super helpful. We loved the neighborhood, golf cart rides, and the easy access to the beach. Can’t wait to stay again!

Perfect spot in Laurel Grove

Everything was great! House was super nice and clean and even had accommodations for a toddler. Plenty of parking, which is hard to get in Sandestin. We're going to stay here again!

Outstanding!

Our family had a great time staying at Kennedy’s cottage. The home was lovely, well maintained and very clean. Lots of amenities available for your time at the beach and the kids loved riding in the golf carts. Highly recommend!

Just perfect

This home was perfect for our family. Two great golf carts, beach chairs etc. we didn’t want for a thing and the owner was delightful to work with. Highly recommend and we will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Kennedy House! Very clean and beautiful home! Had every kitchen gadget you could imagine. Our host, Becky, was amazing. Very easy to get hold of if needed. Her place was just like being at home. Very comfy and relaxing. The AC works perfectly! Nice & cool. The golf carts were a huge hit with us. It was so much fun driving all over the area in the golf carts. You can go anywhere and park those things and shop and eat and party or whatever you want to do. Pack up the golf cart and go to the beach easily. The Baytowne Wharf was fun. If you love Snow Crab Legs then definitely go to the Village Door. Delicious! The local market, Publix, is very convenient and great produce. Also can go by golf cart. Has a movie theater and shopping as well. Pools and hot tub were great. Beautiful beach! Definitely should splurge and rent a pontoon for the day from the marina (also can park golf cart there) and spend the day at Crab Island. So beautiful when the high tide comes in. The water changes right before your eyes. Was there almost a week and did not want to leave. Will definitely come back. Becky, we cannot thank you enough for an amazing experience at your home in Florida! Till next time!!
