I Prati is a typical old Sienese farmhouse located in southern Tuscany, overlooking the Val d'Orcia valley near the medieval towns of Montepulciano, Pienza and Sarteano. It used to be one of the farmhouses of La Foce, the beautiful estate that was owned by Antonio and Iris Origo, author of "War in Val D'Orcia" and "Images and Shadows".
