The property was exceptional and we had a lovely time. The host was quick to communicate. We notified the host of a potential issue with one of the AC units and they were quick to have someone come out to fix it. Wish we could stay here year after year.

Amazing place to stay!! Absolutely beautiful home with unbeatable views of the countryside. The pool was wonderful to come home to after exploring. The host was also super responsive and helped us set up an amazing cooking class/dinner which far far exceeded our expectations. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I ever come back to Tuscany!!

Incredible stay! Property was beautifully restored and outfitted, and immaculately clean when we arrived. The host was very responsive, helping us bring in a local chef and responded quickly to our various questions during our stay. The heated pool was wonderful. The property was the right size for seven guests. We hope to return because six nights here wasn’t enough! I wish there was an option to give higher than five stars!

The place is unreal. Exactly as the pictures show. Only issue we had was no gate code was sent to us and we had to drive to get service and eventually get the code. Otherwise a wonderful stay

We stayed for a week. Family of 5: kids ages of 14, 11, 6. The villa was amazing. Spotless. Lots of space indoor & outdoor. AMAZING pool & AWESOME views (from the pool as well). Kids loved the pool. And there was a jacuzzi as well. Great surprise. No question - the pool & views were the highlight. It was extremely hot in July, and the rooms had great air condition. Had all the things we need including water & dryer. Gaia the host was incredible. Assisted us with everything. From a great cooking class she arranged for us at the villa that we all enjoyed to reservations & recommendations around the villa with restaurants. And even with tips anround. Overall AMAZING experience. One that our entire family will remember.

Fantastic Property

My family (6 adults) had an absolutely tremendous week staying at Villa Vignalunga. The pictures of the property and its surroundings do not do it justice. Breathtaking views and extremely comfortable home Location was ideal for day trips, yet very private. Will surely return. Thank you Gaia....it was GREAT

Perfect sitting&stunning views

What an amazing stay in a beautiful villa! Great home, loved exploring D'Orcia region from this spot. The house is even better than the pictures and Gaia and Pietro were very helpful prior to, during and after arrival at the property. We spent a lot of pool time and had a cooking class arranged by Gaia - it was our most fun night! We were a party of 10 adults but can imagine that families would really enjoy this villa for their holiday! Thanks Gaia and Pietro!!!

A Tuscan Masterpiece

We enjoyed every moment of our stay at this gorgeous villa. They thought of every detail. The house is so beautiful and the attention to the landscaping is just as meticulous. The setting is also amazing. We loved sitting on the patio, surrounded by the beautiful flowers and the amazing views of Val d’Orcia. Very comfortable. Val d’Orcia is truly an amazing area. The drive to the house is down a long narrow gravel road but do not worry, it is worth it when you get to the house. There are 2 gorgeous homes next to each other so if you have a large group, it would be fabulous to book both houses. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful villa!

We were a group of five siblings travelling with our partners, and this property was perfect for our stay. Having spacious bedrooms and private ensuites gave everyone comfort and privacy, while the shared living areas were ideal for spending time together.The property exceeded our expectations and delivered everything we hoped for in a Tuscan villa experience.Highlights:• Excellent communication from booking through to departure. Pietro and the team went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.• Spacious, comfortable bedrooms, most with beautiful countryside views.• Immaculately clean and very well maintained both inside and out.• Fantastic layout for larger groups, with plenty of space to relax.• Large swimming pool with sun loungers and shaded areas – the perfect place to unwind.• Elevated position - stunning views across the Tuscan landscape.• Air conditioning throughout all bedrooms & living areas.• Well-equipped kitchen, including a much-appreciated coffee machine.• Reliable Wi-Fi throughout the property.• Ample parking with easy vehicle access.• A 5-minute drive to the local town with cafés and restaurants. Possible to walk, mostly uphill - best suited to those with a reasonable level of fitness. A vehicle is highly recommended to explore the region.For transparency, there is another property along the same driveway. While not completely secluded, it did not impact our stay.A very memorable stay! We would happily stay again and highly recommend it!

A Magical stay!

First time renting a vacation home and overall experience was excellent. The Villa is gorgeous, very clean and well kept. The home is huge and accommodated my family perfectly , we had a total of 8 people and had plenty of room, everyone had their own space. Facilities were excellent! It has everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It became our new home in Tuscany. I would like to personally thank Gaia and Pietro for their friendliness and guidance, from the beginning they answered all my questions very quickly helping to organize all the details before our stay, I would like to say booking this was so easy!!! They have provided for everything: delicious meals, cooking class,baby sitting,transportation…… Highly recommend to everyone looking for a fantastic experience in Val D'Orcia!

Family house in Val d'Orcia

Beautifully positioned, quiet and spacious house, ideal for families. The house has been built using reclaimed materials to a very high standard. We loved our stay there and would definitely return.

Podere Vignalunga is a dream

If you’re looking for a high end, perfect hospitality, in one of the most amazing villas located in the heart of Tuscany, you should go there. The villa is stunning, quiet, perfectly maintained and clean.The professional kitchen is extremely helpful even if you don’t have a chef to cook for you. You must add at least one chef meal to your stay. The chef Marcella arranged for us was amazing. Probably the best Italian meal you’ll have in your life. The owner and staff are extremely nice and responsive. I highly recommend this place and hope to be back some day.

magic location,incredible views

Villa Vignalunga was the best vacation rental I've ever had. Like many other reviewers, it exceeded our expectations and seemed to be the place on earth for our 5 days. It's in the heart of beautiful Tuscany. We drove to many small towns and access was easy. We lived through a major storm and thanks to Gaia & Pietro who were very responsive and gracious about the situation. Saba cooked us amazing meals. I couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate my 50th with my best friends. I miss it already and hope to return someday! :) HUGE THANK YOU!!

PERFECT!

Thank you so much Gaia and Pietro! The house is just amazing, even more beautiful then shown in the pictures. I felt I was staying in a 6 star hotel with a breathtaking view. The house was spotless, the bedrooms and kitchen are fully equiped and very spacious. Great communication with the hosts! Great location, near many highlights of the area. I would definately stay here again and would recommend it!

Amazing & perfect place

If a rating of 6 * have existed i would have put that. I don't know what s the best: the incredible and amazing view at all time of the day with all colors, the amazing house so modern inside but with all respect to wood and traditional tuscany's architecture (perfect 5 rooms with so clean and great bathroom in each / amazing kitchen and so much..), the incredible owner Gaia, available each time we had a question... Everything is perfect and great. We really spent here 2 of the best vacation weeks ever. Playing at the (great) pool, visiting all the villages around, trying many restaurants of course... I could write for ever. But If u r looking for a calm and perfect place on earth, i think here is taste of perfection.
