A lovely peaceful stay

Pond cottage was a lovely place for a peaceful stay. The right balance between charm and comfort. A drive away from shops and pubs. The garden was a great spot for alfresco meals and relaxation.

Our stay at pond cottage in Egerton

This is a fantastic location if you want a peaceful holiday. It’s very dog friendly and there are plenty of places to walk your dog. The staff are very friendly. There are only a few properties to stay at so it’s very quiet and peaceful. We had a great time and the dogs did too

Pond Cottage is very quiet and surrounded by lovely countryside. The property was very clean , well equipped and everyone was so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed two excellent meals at Frasers Restaurant a couple of hundred yards away. This worked so well as one of us was on crutches. And our lively dog enjoyed some wonderful walks in the surrounding fields. Thank you for a really excellent few days break.

A cozy little Cottage on a peaceful farm

We stayed at Pond Cottage for a week in June with my parents and two dogs. The accommodation was cozy and well equipped, with a private enclosed garden which was great for our dogs. The owners and staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. It was very quiet on site all week and we were able to make use of the fields for wonderful dog walks. The cottage had two bathrooms, each with a bath but no shower. Having a shower would have been more convenient, this is the only thing I can mention which would’ve improved our stay. We had a great time and would recommend.
