We can say without a doubt, our stay at Riverside was the best part of our entire trip (even without air conditioning). We started our trip in Dublin for a week and then on to Ashland/Kent area for a few days of wedding festivities (we're from NC USA). We booked Riverside because it was walking distance (35 min walk) from the Secret Garden (wedding). We met Viv when we arrived and fell in love with her right away. There is one bed for two but we asked if they had other options for us two ladies to sleep apart. Viv set up a futon mattress to accommodate. She even gave us a ride to the grocery store for a few essentials. We walked (5 mins) to the Farrier's Arms for a wonderful dinner. Such a neat place. You will not be disappointed with your stay here and their beautiful garden and morning coffee on the terrace watching the sun set.

After a long journey with heavy traffic it was a pleasure to have a warm greeting by the owners and to rest in this beautiful cottage . We had a lovely time at Lympne wild animal park, and the next day at Canterbury cathedral . Would highly recommend this accommodation and its setting in the countryside is just perfect

Peaceful location. Beautiful Sunsets
Tony was a pleasure to interact with before and during our stay. The cottage was spacious and comfortable. It was also well outfitted with supplies. Great little village with walking trails and pub that brews their own beer nearby. The cottage was also conveniently located and easy to get out and about each day.
