This 10th floor one bedroom is located in the Casa Corazon complex steps from Los Muertos Beach, Mantamar, Green Chairs and Blue Chairs beach clubs. The view from the Terrace and the sunsets are absolutely spectacular. The condo is located in the trendy and Gay Friendly Zona Romantica overlooking the beach The area is famous for its spectacular beaches, restaurants, bars, cabarets, theaters, galleries, jewelry, art galore, retail shops and much more.

If you want a vacation that combines beaches (Clubs and restaurants) with a wide range of daytime and nightlife activities of all kinds, like people, our area is right for you....and yes, everywhere in the zona is walkable...

For the beach, just turn left out of reception and walk straight down Amapas. Take the elevator to the 4th floor and follow a a landscaped sloping walkway past the pool to the Beach Street exit. Most of the beaches and restaurants are situated to the right as you exit the complex.

For downtown Zona Romantica, just turn left out of reception on the 8th floor and walk for 4 minutes straight down Amapas and turn right to all the activities.

Final Notes

DISCLOSURE: The Romantica Zone of Puerto Vallarta is an extremely popular and fast growing tourist area combining beach and urban life that attracts increased number of tourists every year. Not surprisingly, there has been a lot of construction happening with many new condo buildings (7 currently) going up in the downtown Zona Romantica area. At present, there is no construction in the residential Playa de Los Muertos area where my condo is situated. If you are concerned about any construction noise in the area during the time of your stay, please feel free to reach out for additional information.

As for our very popular Los Muertos Beach which my 10th floor condo overlooks, you will hear music playing during the day and in the two rooftop bars at night. Again, the nights are unpredictable but more likely on weekends and holidays.
