Wonderful eco-friendly stay

Everything was great! Very eco-friendly, clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it to others.

Absolutely not happy. Not clean, not in good condition. Terrible kitchen condition.

Shortly after your arrival you confirmed that everything was fine, and at no point did you report any concerns regarding the cleanliness, the overall condition of the property or the kitchen. During your stay, your requests related to additional coffee cups, extra towels, a gas supply issue and the entrance gate, all of which were addressed as quickly as possible. In addition, you requested and booked four extra housekeeping services during your stay, which were arranged for you. Had you informed us of any issue regarding cleanliness or the condition of the property, we would have investigated it immediately and taken the necessary action. We are always committed to resolving any genuine concern while our guests are still in the property. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working with the owners to maintain the highest standards for future guests.
