L’appartement est idéalement située sur l’avenue des Champs Élysées. Par contre, nous n’avons pu avoir accès à l’internet durant notre séjour. Le lit principal était plutôt confortable, ce qui ne fut le cas pour le divan lit. Les oreillers étant très épaisses et dures. L’immeuble est très sécuritaire et un épicerie est à quelques pas de l’immeuble.

The property is in an excellent location and the apartment itself is very charming. Unfortunately, our experience with the management team significantly affected our overall stay.Our check-in time was scheduled for 4:00 PM, but the apartment was not ready when we arrived. What was most frustrating was that no one contacted us in advance to let us know about the delay. We only discovered the issue upon arrival and then had to spend considerable time trying to get answers.When we called for an update, we were placed on hold multiple times and several calls were disconnected without resolution. Had the management team communicated proactively and transparently, we could have made alternative arrangements for our luggage instead of having to carry it around with us while waiting.Despite the inconvenience and lost time, no compensation was offered for the delayed check-in. When we requested a partial refund, we were told that this was not possible.The apartment and location are certainly appealing, but based on our experience, I would strongly encourage future guests to consider that if any issues arise, the management team may not be responsive or accommodating.
