Thoughtfully designed to embrace its surroundings, many of the principal rooms enjoy captivating views across the beautifully landscaped gardens. These private outdoor spaces offer a peaceful sanctuary, where mature trees, vibrant flowerbeds, and perfectly tended lawns create a serene, picturesque setting. Whether sipping morning coffee as the sun rises or unwinding beneath the stars, Tormarton Court provides an exceptional connection to its natural environment.



Combining comfort, character, and understated sophistication, the home features generous living spaces that blend timeless design with practical functionality. The Drawing Room, complete with a baby grand piano, sets the stage for music-filled evenings or quiet moments of reflection. The Morning Room, Dining Room, Breakfast Room, Television Room, and Library offer flexible spaces for entertaining, relaxing, and family gatherings.



The charming kitchen, which doubles as a second breakfast room, is fully equipped to cater to all culinary needs. With both a traditional AGA and a modern electric oven, it effortlessly merges classic style with contemporary convenience - the perfect place to enjoy coffee or prepare hearty family meals. Adjacent to the kitchen, a sheltered Italian-style courtyard garden provides a delightful space for alfresco breakfasts or magical evenings, enhanced by a log burner, mood lighting, and a gentle fountain.



The accommodation includes eight bedrooms and five bathrooms, two of which are en-suite, with the option to create a ninth twin bedroom as shown in the floor plans.



Please Note: The property is listed with a maximum occupancy of 16, but there may be flexibility for two additional guests if the second-floor rooms are suitable for your group. These two bedrooms are different in style from the main rooms. One has a king-size bed; the other has two smaller single beds, best suited for children due to the lower ceiling height. As access is via two staircases, these rooms are only suitable for able-bodied guests. Use of the second floor is by request and considered on a case-by-case basis.



Set in the heart of South Gloucestershire’s idyllic countryside, Tormarton is a historic, picture-postcard village surrounded by the expansive beauty of the Badminton Estate. Rolling hills, charming market towns, quaint Cotswold villages, and peaceful hamlets define this enchanting rural setting.



Good to Know:



- Upon receiving your booking, you will be sent a message requesting further information, including the nature of your booking, the number of guests, and any other relevant details.



- We are unable to confirm your booking until we have received the requested information. Please ensure you respond promptly to avoid any delays in confirming your reservation.



- The outdoor heated swimming pool is seasonal and available for use from May to September.



- A high chair, booster seat and cot are available for guests. Please let us know in advance if you require any of these during your stay.



- A meet and greet service is provided for all arrivals between 4pm and 8pm. We will contact you ahead of your stay to arrange a suitable arrival time within these hours.



- Second floor rooms are available on request. Please contact us prior to booking to discuss your requirements and arrangements, as availability cannot be guaranteed.



- This home is ideal for family-friendly celebrations; however, stag and hen parties are not permitted.



- Day guests are not permitted, and the property's maximum occupancy must not be exceeded at any time during your stay.
