The house has some issues (bad, moldy smell, toilet is leaking) which were reported at least three m

The house has some issues (bad, moldy smell, toilet is leaking) which were reported at least three months ago and haven't been fixed. Also some lights are not working. The location is a 5 star location, the house is beautiful, the view amazing! But needs a little bit more care.
