The cottage also boasts a newly built utility area at the rear, ideal for storing beach gear and wetsuits, with a washing machine and a spacious shower room.
Outside, the large, enclosed terrace gives peace of mind to those with children and pets , it's sun-drenched throughout the day, and equipped with a dining set for six and a barbecue, ideal for relaxed alfresco meals.
