I wish I could give an higher rating! Our stay was incredible! This is a very nice, clean and spacious apartment. We felt right at home. The kitchen and everything is very stocked in this apartment. We cooked several meals while we were there and had no problem at all. It is within walking distance from the train station. There are several little stores around, but there is a main supermarket and pharmacy very close to this apartment. Jharna is a very responsive, nice and caring host. When we have reached out to her, she replied immediately. We were met by her father, who helped us with our bags and showed us up to the apartment. It is a very comfortable, safe and spacious apartment. We will definitely rent again when we are in Milan!

This was absolutely a wonderful way to end our Italian adventure. The apartment was plenty big for our 3 adults and 6 kids. There is only one bathroom m, but the washer and dryer made up for it. The apartment is so close to the train station and metro stops. 10/10 recommend!

I rarely leave reviews but I really needed to leave one for this place. This apartment is certainly not someone's home. It's like a 3 bedroom motel room with a kitchenette and washer/dryer. Not homey at all. It was clean. Didn't use the kitchen except for a couple of plates. It is quiet. BUT the worst was the shower. You have to stand in the bathtub. The shower curtain does not cover the entire enclosure so water sprays all over the floor. The wooden door is splintered and cracked at the bottom from the constant water exposure. But the worse part is this. The shower rod is some kind of homemade pole that gives you no room inside. So you literally wear the shower curtain. The only way to not have it stick to you is to face the wall and stand 2 inches from it. Water pressure is great and plenty of hot water. However I doubt that anyone wants to take a long shower in that thing. I wonder if that was the goal because he told us three times to turn the lights and AC off whenever we leave. Would never stay there again.

If you had mentioned any issues at the time, we would have been more than happy to address them and see what we could do to make your stay more comfortable. We also waited until after midnight to accommodate your check-in, despite the very late hour, because we wanted to make sure you were able to enter comfortably. We have hosted countless guests in our home, and this is the first time we have received feedback of this nature. Of course, we understand that everyone has different preferences and expectations, but we feel that this review does not fairly reflect the property or the experience we provide to our guests. We always do our best to be attentive and responsive to our guests, which is why it was particularly disappointing to receive these complaints only after the stay when, when we checked in with you during your visit, you indicated that everything was fine. Had you raised these concerns with us, we would have had the opportunity to respond and, where possible, resolve them.
