7B or "The Beach Pad" as we call it, is located in the Cerritos Sunrise Boutique Resort Community. As soon as you walk into the resort and take in the lush landscaping, you will feel like you have been transported to a seaside desert oasis. The long lap pool is the perfect place to swim.

In the modern open concept kitchen and living room, you will find a large comfortable sectional couch to stretch out on to watch Netflix on the flat-screen TV. You will find family appropriate games, private WiFi, board games, Bluetooth speakers, a charging dock, books and toys.

Cooking for a group is a joy in the fully equipped kitchen with white quartz countertops. The large island is perfect for preparing meals or serving cocktails and drinks to a crowd. Appliances include a full-size refrigerator with freezer, 4 burner gas stovetop, blender, citrus press, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. Enjoy the water cooler with on-demand hot or cold drinking water.

The master bedroom has a large American king bed with a sliding barn door that leads to a 3 piece private ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds. There is a shared full-size bathroom that features a beautiful modern-style walk-in rain shower and river rock shower floors. On the walls are eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispensers. Deluxe hotel sheets and towels transform the property into a personal oasis.

Head upstairs and spread out on the 1300+ sq. ft. private rooftop deck with expansive views of the amazing Cerritos sunrise, Pacific Ocean, and Sierra De La Laguna Mountains. Relax under the rooftop palapa while reading a great book on the huge sectional sofa. Grill some fresh fish on the BBQ while watching the spectacular Cerritos sunsets. The 8 person picnic table is a perfect spot for family-style meals, games, and arts and crafts. Enjoy an afternoon siesta in the rooftop swing hammock. There are sun loungers for those who want to soak up the rays and a yoga mat for those wanting to advance their practice.

With over 2600+ sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor space to move about, you can be assured that your family or group will feel at home and comfortable for their entire stay. Beach + pool towels, boogie boards, children's beach toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella, a cooler bag are available for guests to use. We even have a Pack ’n Play/travel crib and high chair for those traveling with little ones.

Perfect spot for a family vaca

Our stay at the Baja Beach Pad was just about perfect! We loved that it had all the amenities for us and our little one. We enjoyed the rooftop deck and walking access to the beach. The pool on site is nice, quiet, and clean. Safe parking onsite and tons of nearby restaurants.

We enjoyed our recent stay. The communication was great and the check-in process very smooth. The condo is very nice and the beds are very comfortable. Close to the ocean and to Barracuda!

Had a great time, short walk to the beach which we did pretty much everyday. Roof top was perfect except for all the construction noise from another development being built however Cerritos is a growing area so it was understandable. Owner was right on top of our needs such as a BBQ which was delivered very quickly. We enjoyed the lap pool which was very relaxing. Neighbors were very friendly and the complex is very well maintained. Beautiful place to stay and we hope to be back next year for a longer stay.

We had a wonder trip and loved the beach pad! I told My husband that Shannon was the best host we’ve had to date. So detail oriented and fast communication! We had an orientation video or hard copy binder if we weren’t tech savvy or to reference quickly. One of our favorite vacations to date.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Baja Beach Pad! The unit is brand new and very modern, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. This was our second time staying in the complex and we always love it! The condo was larger than the condo we had been in before and we really appreciated the extra space, full size kitchen, full size living room, master bathroom and huge roof top patio area. And you can't beat being that close to the beach! The complex is quiet and beautifully maintained. Highly recommend!

A Memorable Beach Stay!

Our recent stay at this stunning beach accommodation was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we booked, the communication with the hosts was seamless. They were incredibly attentive, responsive, and ensured every detail was addressed, making the entire process effortless.The property itself was a dream! Nestled steps away from the beach. Exceptional view of every morning sunrise as we sipped on our morning coffee from the private roof top! As you hear the ocean waves crashing in the background… The accommodations were spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed to make you feel at home. Every amenity you could possibly need was provided – from a fully equipped kitchen and luxurious linens to beach gear like chairs, towels, and boogie boards.We were there mainly to surf which they had recommended Westside Surf. They were great! And yes it’s only a 6 min walk to the beach! If you’re looking for a serene getaway with impeccable service and all the comforts of home, this beach retreat is the place to be. We can’t wait to return and make more memories here. Highly recommended! I already miss it!

Baja Gold!!!

This is the ABSOLUTE BEST place to stay if you want to experience Cerritos with a full heart. We arrived at this SPOTLESSLY CLEAN gem, where we were welcomed by a heartfelt note, a detailed home manual, and complimentary bottle of wine. The owners of this property really understand what makes a great beach vacation rental and also have impeccable decorating taste. The fun colors and use of beautiful textiles in the home, along with all the modern comforts and conveniences of home take the worry out having “everything you need” when packing for a vacation. To say this home is thoughtfully prepared for vacationers is an understatement! The rooftop patio was exceptional and is definitely the place to get the most out of evening cocktails after a day at the beach. The common space in this little enclave is perfectly maintained and immaculately kept. The pool area is luxurious and elegant. We will definitely be back and won’t stay anywhere else but the Baja Beach Pad when we return to Cerritos!

Lovely complex close to beach

The unit is very nice, the furnishings were a little more worn than in the pictures, especially the outdoor furniture and the beach umbrella (which was unusable) and the boogie boards (in need of replacement), but the interior was very nice and much as in the pictures. The grounds of the complex are beautiful and nicely landscaped. We only had use of the one (rectangular) pool (that was not clear when we booked) and it was a bit cool - there is no hot tub which we would have used as the ocean is quite cold also. There were lots of spices and condiments on hand, and plenty of dishes, utensils and such. We really loved the water cooler that dispensed both cold and boiling water (I am a tea drinker) so that was most welcome. It was nice not to have to buy bottled water. The beach is just a short walk and you really couldn't get much closer other than the complexes right on the beach a little further down. The view is a bit marred by the giant concrete 6 or 8 storey unfinished building right on the beach - it seems to have been abandoned. It was a bit of an eyesore. Overall we had a lovely time and enjoyed short trips into Todos Santos as well.

Baja sun time

Stayed at a phase 1 smaller unit in previous years. 4 adults in 2br 2 bath was good and the interior of the unit was clean. No microwave was odd. The couch was comfortable and the beds were great. Only stools for seating wasn’t very comfortable. No chairs with backs in the unit. Stables in kitchen were scarce but property manager dropped off salt and pepper the next day. Also less bottled water than advertised and we needed to purchase a 5gal bottle for drinking. Roof top was very dirty and not furnished like advertised. Only roof top in complex without frig and sink. Grill unusable and filthy. Beach chairs and boards old, dirty or broken. Property manager did sent a cleaning crew two days in and also 4 new Tommy Bahama chairs which are great. Overall ok. Property manager did respond well. I’d stay at the complex or phase 1 again, but not that unit.

Prime location

The perfect condo! It's our second time staying in the "Beach Pad," and has everything you need. Close to the beach, views of the mountains and Pacific from the rooftop, and all the amenities. Restaurants are steps away, a couple markets up the road, and close to Pescadero and Todos Santos. Great communication with the owners.

Great family trip in Cerritos

We loved our stay at the Baja beach pad! The unit is spotless and beautifully designed. The roof deck is awesome! Location is excellent, ideally situated short walk from the beach and near an awesome cantina. Cerritos is a really special and unique place, authentic, beautiful and so much fun! We loved it!
