Small residence of 8 mini villas with a heated pool from April to October of 16 * 6 with sunbathing and parasols in landscaped grounds with play area baby foot table Ping pong petanque field only 500 m from Saint Lucie de Porto Vecchio 3 kms from the white sandy beach of Pinarello. Ideally located between sea and mountain 6 km from the gr20 you will have a mini air-conditioned villa with 2 bedrooms fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine living room with a sofa bed, private terrace facing south with garden furniture, barbecue and plancha.
Sheets and towels are provided.
Final cleaning also.
The fenced pool will offer you a good moment of relaxation.
You will be close to the beach of Fautea with its Genoese tower, St. Cyprian, and cala rossa.
Also at 7kms you will find the natural pools of cavu and Solenzara

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre sejour dans ce lieu.L’emplacement et les extérieurs sont de vrais atouts. Chaque logement bénéficie de son intimité, ce qui est très agréable. La piscine est grande, bien entretenue et vraiment appréciable pour se détendre.Nous avons également beaucoup aimé le calme et l’ambiance générale du lieu, qui ont largement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ..la maisonnette est très bien placée dans un petit coin de verdure ....piscine un peu froide ; mais vu la chaleur nous avons profité de la mer et de la piscine en fin de journée ... Cadre idéal ...boulangerie pas loin ... Bonne communication avec le propriétaire.. je recommande

sehr gepflegte Anlage mit sehr schönen, sauberen und gepflegten Pool. Gute Lage zum Strand, in die Berge, in die Stadt und auch zum Einkaufen. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Vielen Dank!

Bon plan pour les familles

La maison est très bien située (3 km de la plage ; proche de plusieurs randonnées, de la rivière et du parc aventure). Calme hors saison (on y a été fin avril), piscine chauffée très agréable, les personnes qui nous accueillent sont très disponibles, la location est parfaitement fonctionnelle, jardin partagé avec les voisins (bien pour les enfants) ; Super U, tabac presse, boulangerie, boucherie/charcuterie (important en Corse !!!), pharmacie, bistrot, etc sont proches.

Propreté, clim efficace, appareillage de cuisine très complet, super plancha, multiples serviettes y compris de plage, amabilité du bailleur et de la dame qui nous a reçus, calme, belle piscine, literie de qualité. Seul bémol: Internet faible débit et obligation de retaper des données après la mis en service du WiFi et difficulté à trouver le lieu avec un GPS sans avoir les coordonnées latitude/longitude ce qui devrait être résolu.

Un petit coin de paradis

Une adresse à retenir et à partager! La résidence est magnifique et bien entretenue. La piscine est splendide, toujours ensoleillé et a 32 degrés toute la semaine!! Transat et parasols, tout est prevu.. idéalement placé, à 10 mn de voiture de cavu, 5 mn de la jolie plage de pinarello et bien situé pour les plages de palombaggia, rondinara et Santa Giulia.. le logement est bien équipé, et c est calme! Le propriétaire a toujours pris le temps de répondre à mes interrogations d avant sejour.. Bref, tout était parfait...

Sejour parfait entre mer et montagne

Belle résidence de 9 mini villa, très calme (4 était occupées lors de notre séjour). La villa très fonctionnelle nous étions 3 adultes un enfant et un bébé. très appréciable d'avoir du matériel de puériculture à disposition. Piscine clos et sécurisée. La villa se situe à 5 minutes à pied du centre (bureau de tabac, boulangerie...) et un petit supermarché à 5 minutes en voiture. Entre mer et montagne, très joli. On reviendra.

Parfait endroit

nous sommes de jeunes parents nous avons apprécie le lieu , le cadre de vie , la vue de la piscine entre mer et montage , le village, les éléments pour bébés mis a disposition , la disponibilité du propriétaire . Le bar au bout du village est chouette . Premier sejour en corse c'est un paradis , mention special a Santa Guilia et sa plage de rêve .

Endroit calme et proche de tous commerces

Nous avons passé d'agréable vacance dans cette petite résidence calme et proche du petit village de sainte lucie de porto vecchio. Petit plus pour la terrasse avec BBQ et son salon de jardin:)
