Construction of 2017, consisting of 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, air conditioning, living room, internet, fitted kitchen, private pool 5. 5x5. 5 x1. 60 deep and a large wooden deck.
There are two bedrooms with two double beds, a double bed with single bunk in the third bedroom and extra bed if needed.
The property is located 10 minutes from Porto Vecchio, just opposite one of the most beautiful beaches of South Corsica, Saint Cyprien.
2 min drive to the beach and 10 min to the first rivers.
Private parking, possibility of storing a boat, the price includes all taxes, linen and cleaning.
A deposit check of 1500 € not cashed delivered to your arrival, will be returned max 15 days after your departure.

Concernant l'hôte, tres serviables sympathique et agréables toujours disponible. En ce qui concerne la villa :très belle villa avec piscine d'eau salé. Villa spacieuses et cadres agréables à vivre,superbe pour passer de belles vacances en famille. Je recommande à cent pour cent.

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Wir sind als Familie zu dritt mit Hund das erste Mal nach Korsika gereist. Wir wollten ein eigenes Ferienhaus mit Pool und Auslauf für den Hund. Alle unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht. Sogar der Pool hatte schon im Mai 23-24Grad. Stella und Christian haben uns alles erklärt und auch wertvolle Tipps für Ausflugsziele gegeben, was wir gerne genutzt haben. Stella und Christian wohnen auf dem großen Grundstück, sind aber sehr im Hintergrund. Bei Fragen wird gerne sofort geantwortet. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir bereits wieder für das nächste Jahr gebucht haben und sehr gerne wiederkommen. 5 von 5 Sternen. Wo können es ohne Einschränkungen weiter empfehlen.

Super séjour

Super villa avec piscine eau salée. Entourée d'une végétation du maquis. A 30 minutes à pied de la mer en passant par un chemin dans le maquis très sympa. Les loueurs sont très accueillant et toujours disponible si on a des questions. Des marchés typiques au alentour. Super séjour, super villa et super hôtes

Beautiful place

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wunderschönes Haus und alles ist genau so, wie auf den Bildern oder sogar besser, denn der Pool ist größer als man es anhand der Bilder denkt. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht inkl. TV mit ausländischen Sendern. Stella hat uns gute Tipps zu Stränden und Ausflügen gegeben und im Wohnzimmer gibt es auch eine Landkarte und eine Broschüre mit weiteren Tipps. Einkaufen kann man problemlos in den großen Supermärkten in Porto Vecchio. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke an Stella und Christian! We really enjoyed our stay very much. Beautiful house and everything was exactly as seen on the pictures or even better, as the pool is larger than it seems to be on the pictures. House offers everything what one needs incl. TV programs from Germany (on our case). Stella gave us tips for beaches and excursions and there's also a map and a little folder in the living room with tips. Shopping can be done in large supermarkets in Porto Vecchio without any problems. We can fully recommend the house and felt very comfortable. Thanks to Stella and Christian!

A perfect stay!

Maison moderne, joliment decoree et très bien equipee. Clim qui marche très bien, extérieur très agréable avec deck en bois et piscine plus grande que sur la photo. Maison à 2mn en voiture de la plage de Saint Cyprien. Accueil très pro et sympathique des propriétaires, qui en plus ont plein de bonnes adresses à communiquer.

Perfektes Ferienhaus

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung, ist sehr gepflegt und man findet alles was man in der Beschreibung lesen kann. Besonders schön ist der Aussenbereich. Mit gladklarem Pool und wunderschönem überdachten Sitzplatz. Die schönsten Strände Korsikas, Bäckerei, Fleischerei, kleine und große Supermärkte sowie tolle Restaurants sind in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind unkompliziert, sehr freundlich, erreichbar, aber trotzdem zurückhaltend. Vielen Dank für die schönen Ferien!

Perfekter Ort für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit vor Ort gehabt. Sauberkeit wird groß geschrieben und die Räumlichkeiten waren liebevoll eingerichtet und man hat sich direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Stella und Christian waren immer super hilfsbereit und haben uns alles mit sehr viel Geduld erläutert - Strände, Ausflugsziele, Restaurants… Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Domizil

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer kleinen Wohnsiedlung. Zum nächsten Strand geht man 10 bis 15 min, mit dem Auto 3 min. Tankstelle und Restaurant in unmittelbarer Umgebung, bis nach Porto Vecchio ca. 10 min. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, gut und großzügig geschnitten. Es gibt noch eine Multifunktionsraum/Lagerraum direkt am Flur. Die Bäder sind jeweils modern mit Regendusche. Küche mit allem was man benötgt. Der Pool ist größer als er auf den Bildern erscheint mit zahlreichen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten und einer Aussendusche. Der Pool ist von außen kaum einsehbar. Der Pool ist unbeheizt. Im Haus befinden sich zwei Klimaanlagen (nicht genutzt). TV mit deutschen und internationalen Programmen. WLAN vorhanden aber zeitweise auch mal sehr langsam. Stells hat uns zur Begrüßung alles gezeigt und erklärt, uns zahlreiche Tipps zum Einkaufen und für Ausflüge und lohnende Strände gegeben. Stella war jederzeit per SMS oder email erreichbar falls Fragen oder sonstige Dinge aufkamen. Da Saisonende war haben Stella und Christian ihre Mietobjekte in den Garagen die mit etwas Abstand neben der Unterkunft liegen. gewartet, was aber nicht störend war. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan aber man sieht sie kaum. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft um Ruhe zu finden und mit Auto ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele nahgelegene paradiesische Strände und Ausflüge in die Berge. Wir haben uns dort sehr gut sufgehoben gefühlt und würden sofort jederzeit wiederkommen.

Magnifique

Nous avons séjourné deux semaines avec des amis (4 adultes et 3 enfants) à Casa di Tross. La maison est bien équipée, propre, les 3 salles de bain dans les chambres sont un vrai plus. Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié l’espace extérieur avec sa piscine. Un GRAND MERCI à Stella et Christian pour votre chaleureux accueil et précieuses recommandations. Notre fils parlera encore pendant un moment de son copain le capitaine :-)

Piscine au top

Confort, calme et accueil des propriétaires à souligner. On se sent comme chez-soi. La piscine légèrement salée est très agréable, surtout après avoir visité toute la journée, un plouf ensuite un petit verre de rosé... et le tour est joué ! Merci Stella et Christian.

Superbe villa très bien située

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Lecci. La villa est très bien située et bien équipée notamment pour les enfants. Stella est une hôte disponible et sympathique. Seul petit bémol, l'environnement n'est pas toujours très calme.

Séjour parfait.

La villa est une pure merveille, très bien située, au calme. Proche de la plage et de toutes commodités. Elle est aussi très bien équipée. La piscine est superbe. Les propriétaires (Stella et Christian) sont adorables, accueil au top, ils nous ont renseignés sur les activités qu’il y avait à faire autour. Un grand merci pour votre professionnalisme.
