C109 is an Enhanced Unit: It has undergone major renovations and is equipped with all appliances within hospitality industry standards for life expectancy. It has up-to-date furnishings, including mattresses, throughout and is well appointed.

Blind Pass Condos at Bowman's Beach C109 has a beautiful tropical decor with plantation shutters, ceramic tile plank floors, ceiling fans, high-end furniture and mattresses, and unique artwork and photographs taken on Sanibel. The entrance to the lanai is close to parking, so that unloading is very convenient. C109 is private, yet just a few steps from the huge, luxurious pool.

Living: Queen Sofa Bed

Primary bedroom: has an en suite bath with a king-size bed, a 43 inch TV, a recliner with a reading light, a full length mirror, and a walk-in closet filled with everything you might need for the beach or pool. The bathroom has a tub and shower with grab bars and raised toilets.

Guest bedroom: has two queen size beds, a 43 inch TV, a comfortable chair with a reading light, and a walk-in closet. The hall bathroom has a walk-in shower with a seat and grab bars. The extended counter has two mirrors with plenty of storage space, and the toilet is raised.

Kitchen: has quartz counter tops, an 8 x 3 feet island with seating for 4, a large capacity LG refrigerator with two ice makers, an LG stove with a ceramic stovetop with an air fryer in the oven, an LG dishwasher with 3 racks, Keurig combo carafe and pod coffee maker, and an abundantly stocked kitchen with built-in trash containers. The large capacity LG washer and dryer are in the hall closet.

Living Area: has a 65 inch TV, two recliners, a sectional with a queen size sofa bed, and a shell cabinet filled with shells found on Sanibel.

Dining Area: has a large table with seating for six plus four bar stools at the adjacent counter. An additional dining table with seating for four is on the connecting lanai.

We love Blind Pass and Bowman’s beach

We enjoyed staying at Blind Pass. Bowman’s beach is beautiful and It was easy to bike to Captiva from this location. Great pool and laid back guests. Condo is spacious and we were happy to have a screened in area. Bikes would have been nice as they are listed as an amenity… But they were not usable (flat tires that wouldn’t hold air). There were some dishes that were dirty (but put away in the cabinet) and the kitchen faucet needed to be replaced. The furniture is nice with very comfortable beds! We had a problem with the AC, but property management fixed it very quickly and we appreciate that! Thanks for the stay!

Great stay....But.

We liked the apartment, grounds, complex. Beautiful grounds, well maintained. But...it was a long walk to the beach. I was under the impression that it was only a 10 minute walk to beach. It was more like 20 minutes for me. I think it would be handy to know the actual distance for older people. The condo we stayed in,C109, was lovely, well kept and the kitchen stocked with more than we have at home. We felt right at home, lots of room for everyone. I recommend Blind Pass condos to all. Seniors need to be aware of their walking abilities on sand and distance in the heat to be able to get to the beach. I had tried to contact the office two times on the BlindPass Condos web site with simple questions. I never received any replies.

Great property in a fun place

Our trip to Sanibel was great thanks to a nearly perfect property. The kitchen is the best equipped I have experienced and the property itself, with a pool and lots of amenities, is in excellent shape. Sanibel Island is a fun, laid back place with a lot of interesting things to do.
