This 4-bedroom apartment complex on the 4th floor of a residential building offers 54 m² of space for up to 10 guests. Each unit includes a private kitchen and bathroom, making it a great fit for large groups visiting Vienna’s 3rd district.



The complex features 4 separate bedrooms with a flexible sleeping setup:4 standard double beds (140 x 200 cm), 2 sofas. There is no shared living room, but the units are equipped with TVs, sofa beds, and dining tables.



The apartments are located in a quiet neighborhood, ideal for resting after a day in the city.



Each unit comes with its own fully equipped private kitchen, including an oven, stove, microwave, kettle, and mini fridge.



Dining tables are provided inside the units, serving as a comfortable space to enjoy meals or even do some work.



A washing machine is available inside the apartment for guests’ laundry needs.



The apartment includes two private bathrooms equipped with a shower, toilet, hair dryer, and essential toiletries.

Nice location. The appartement was clean. Host was quick to respond and accommodating. There were strong sewage smells (not the host’s fault), the apartment was too hot but the temperature could not be adjusted and it lacked some basics (no hand towels in the bathrooms or kitchen, no face towel, no shampoo, for example). I raised these issues with the host and they were committed to making improvements.
