I have stayed here a number of times, both with a group of female friends, and with my family which totals 10, it is perfect for both. Lovely location, very well equipped, clean, spacious and also homely. The pool is very well maintained and there is a table tennis set plus a tennis court. The hosts are very communicative and really fast to respond. Jenny is a huge asset to the running of this property. I would highly recommend this property and intend to return!

Lovely House

Really enjoyed our stay the Grandchildren loved the pool.Plenty of room for children to play ball games outside.Easy to get to the coast and very close to Wingham Zoo.

Lovely place to stay!

I’ve stayed here at least 6 times, both with family and groups of friends, love it. Great location, excellent facilities, plenty of bathrooms, fantastic pool with table tennis, very well equipped kitchen. Highly recommend.

Despite the mixed weather and the fact that 2 of the double bedrooms were a long way from any bathroom or WC, our party of 12, ranging from 3 to 90 years, were happy at Hop Farm. The youg children particularly enjoyed the pool.

Another Amazing visit

This was the 2nd time we stayed at Hop Farm.It’s the perfect location, just close enough for a the local attractions, but nice and peaceful.The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. The pool was a bonus and the kids loved itWe will be back next year

Excellent weekend had by family an friends at Hop Farm

Truly beautiful house with everything you could want the lovely Jenny met us at the house just as we pulled up and showed us round and was just a phone call away if we needed her which we didnt owners were very friendly and informative with regards to the area we stayed in everyone of my family an friends had a absolutely wonderful time celebrating my husband and i 40th wedding anniversary thanks do much for sharing your beautiful house

We had a lovely time thanks

We all live in and around Canterbury but busy lives makes family holidays difficult so this worked well. Fish and chips bought from the sea view chippy Deal and eaten on the seafront were delicious and excellent family meals at the 5 Bells Eastry made washing up a doddle :-)

It was fantastic and the whole family loved the accommodation. The swimming pool was a big hit with everyone. A very well equipped kitchen. Rooms were comfortable and views amazing. A great place to celebrate a birthday . Thanks for a wonderful experience .

Amazing house, great hosts

The property is big, clean and really well equipped. The pool and tennis court were perfect for our group of 6 adults and 6 children as we all enjoyed using them. The rural location is perfect for a secluded getaway but still with some great places to visit nearby. The hosts were excellent and very accommodating.

Peaceful rural location with easy access to local amenities and places of interest. Delightful well laid out house providing facilities for all ages, 9 - 82; the pool particularly was used a lot. Very welcoming and helpful Housekeeper. We all enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic place

We celebrated a family 80th birthday at Hop Farm and the place was fab. Jenny, the Housekeeper was very friendly and informative. I only wish we had been able to stay longer to take more advantage of the pool and the locality for its walks.
