We had a fantastic time in Arizona. The pool and clubhouse were quiet and relaxing. The condo was in a great location. The host replied instantly to any questions.

Amazing experience. Host is very responsive. House had all the basics. A group of 6 ladies at an event from all over the USA. We did purchase Toilet paper and paper towels & brought our own laundry detergent for our stay. The host provided added blanket & pillows, ironing board and iron, hair dryer , there were somebody lotions and shampoo annd conditioner also available and kitchen had all the needed things to cook and eat with. The white leather couches were super comfortable , different than the photo online.

Warm safe getaway

This was everything we were looking for. Our kids ages 14 & 10 loved the warm pool (March) was hard to find a place that would commit to having a warm pool. Our condo was nice, clean and just right for what we needed. We were happy with the surrounding neighborhood area as there was a park within a short distance with a playground and basketball courts for our son. We would stay here again. Alex was quickly response for the few times we messaged him.

Excellent comfy condo

The property owner Alex was very kind and helpful during our stay in Scottsdale. The pictures are accurate and the condo was very nice. We enjoyed the pool every day and we’re able to relax in the evening. Very, very nice resort like property. Thank you for everything Alex!

We love this condo complex. The accessibility to groceries drugstores shops and parks all within walking distance is awesome. The grounds are well kept. This particular unit was very clean. Large and well furnished. It is right at the entrance off Thompson peak so more traffic noise than we’ve had before. Quiet at night though. Would recommend!

Great golf getaway

The property was very clean, as described with comfy beds. The pool area and fitness room was excellent. The location in north Scottsdale is excellent for enjoying many of the excellent golf courses in the area. Sophia’s Kitchen is an excellent family run Italian restaurant a short drive away. There is a grocery store and coffee shop a short walk from the condo. Overall an excellent place to stay when visiting Scottsdale.

Clean, quiet condo that was perfect for our trip. It is a second floor condo with a flight of steps that I missed in the listing. It was no trouble for us but would not be appropriate for someone with limited mobility

Alex and Anne were great hosts and the communication was fab.

The condo was great. It could use some updating, however, it was perfect for our use. The master bedroom was lovely and the other two bedrooms and bathroom were generous in size. The property was literally spitting distance to a small mall that had an AJ's and a few other restaurants. One more block and there was another center with a Safeways and other shops. I would highly recommend this property.

Loved our stay!

Beautiful property. Accommodations were excellent, we were a group of 6 adults and found the condo enough space for us all. We thoroughly enjoyed it and the rental process was very seamless. There were only 4 pool towels so if there are more quests you might want to bring a couple of towels. We only cooked breakfast and found AJ’s prepared food to be very convenient. The Chinese restaurant within the same block was really good, we ordered it to take out and enjoyed eating at the condo. Only suggestion would be to continue the laminate flooring into the bedrooms as it would be better than the carpet.

Place was clean and served its purpose. The second bathroom had some issues with the sink draining and the towel rod fell. Also, in general the place is missing coziness. We were there over a rainy weekend so having some cozy blankets would have been a nice add and the towels are not very nice.Otherwise, it was nice enough for a long weekend.
