Great room with fireplace, balcony off of the great room, and master bedroom. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a separate dining area, and the unit has and a full-size washer and dryer. Beautiful clubhouse, heated community pool, spa sauna/steam room, and full gym. Many dining and entertainment options are within walking distance. Park right around the corner features pickleball, basketball, volleyball, softball, and more. Multiple casinos, downtown Scottsdale, Barrett Jackson, multiple golf courses, and a spring training facility are all within 10 min drive. Resort living at its best!
