This is our second year staying at this property and it was perfect, again! Very clean and host is extremely flexible and easy to work with. The house is a perfect location close to restaurants, theatre and Barrett Jackson car auction. It’s very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We had a great stay!We will be back again next year.

Kitchen was stocked with small appliances and cooking utensils like no other we've stayed in. Close to Salt River Fields.....Only couple small items that were missing, liners for bathroom waist baskets and kitchen trash bags. Also, some outdoor lounge chairs for sunning would have been helpful.Overall our stay fabulous and close to Spring Training which was important for our vacation in Scottsdale.

Great house with no signs of the usual wear and tear or abuse that you typically find in these rentals. Exceptionally clean, in a nice quiet neighborhood that was just a few minutes from anywhere that you'd want to be. Also, Ive rented several homes in Scottsdale and this was the only one that I've stayed in that had good water pressure!
