September 2023 vacation rental - 4 Pine Reach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always have a wonderful time, beautiful time of year to spend the week in Rehoboth. Weather was great. Location to the beach is great since we are all getting older. Love the area, quiet, not busy. Look forward to next year.

We absolutely love the house location with the large backyard and short walk to the private uncrowned beach. Everything was in good working order.

This is one of are favorite places to rent. Always enjoy are stay. Coldwell Banker always are very helpful and polite and if you have any issues they take care of it ASAP. We just are happy staying there.

We have been renting this house for at least 5 years and hope to continue our yearly week rental in September. Great time of the year to spend a week at the beach; kids are back to school and the town is very laid back at this time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the third year we have rented 4 Pine Reach because our family enjoys it so much. It is a short walk to the beach and sits on a large lot in a natural setting with lots of privacy. The neighborhood is quiet and shady and suitable for walking or biking and yet is convenient to downtown Rehobeth. The house suits our needs and all the small improvements and repairs we suggested last year were made for this year. We hope to return and continue our family tradition for many more years.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has stayed at this house for years because we love the location. This year there were 3 pages of rules and regulations that were sent prior to our arrival, which were not welcoming. Upon arrival it was obvious that one of the bathrooms had not been cleaned, the toilet was covered with mold. We think an entire room was missed in the cleaning process. Also, each year we mention that the refrigerator in the kitchen doesn't work properly, but it has not been fixed. The house works really well for us, and we love the beach. We just wish we felt more welcomed in the neighborhood. We love Rehoboth.

September vacation in Rehobeth Beach

Property suited our needs perfectly. Short walk to beach, short drive to shops and restaurants. Beautiful neighborhood for walking. Nice backyard for kids to play. Would recommend for family vacations We were blessed to have 4 generations gather there and everyone loved the house.
