The First floor has a Master Bedroom with a Queen Bed/TV. Adjoining bathroom that features a walk in shower, elevated toilet, and WIFI exhaust system. This room is convenient for those who prefer not to use stairs.

Enjoy a fully equipped updated kitchen with 2 refrigerators and a washer and dryer just off of the kitchen.

Private parking includes 3 off street parking spots. An outdoor shower makes it easy to remove sand conveniently and swiftly before entering the home. Built in Park Like Grill and Barrel Grill to accommodate your grilling.

The second floor boasts a Master Suite with a King Bed/TV and own bath. Room 3 includes a California Bunk Bed ( single on the top/full in the middle) with trundle and Hall bath. Room 4 has 2 double beds/TV and Views of the Ocean. Room 5 has a Double Bunk Bed on Top and Bottom. Both rooms share the hall bath.

Third floor features a Master Suite with a King Bed/TV huge walk in closet double bowl sink with a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. Slider to the deck.

Third floor incorporates a wet bar with a small fridge, Keurig, microwave and seating for cocktails. Relax on the top floor deck featuring a gazebo for shade or lounge chairs to soak in the sun and read a good book while viewing the ocean a short distance away.

Guests ARE required to provide their own towels, linens, paper products and soaps. Trash bags, sink and dishwasher detergent will be provided. Please contact the owner for a list of Rental Companies that can supply conveniences for your stay.

Fabulous Location for a Large Group

We had a lovely stay with around 10 adults, one teenager and three children. Plenty of space and comfort for all, including enough room when anyone needed alone time. Proximity to the beach and boardwalk was fabulous. Three parking space + one street permit was more than expected and the upgraded kitchen was lovely. The rooftop deck can be accessed without entering the third floor bedroom and was a delight with lots of seating. Would certainly recommend.

Great reunion

With three levels, we could have separate areas for each family. There is lots of space, the kitchen is amply supplied, and the location is the best. It's a minute walk to the boardwalk and the beach. It was the best beach vacation ever and if we can coordinate schedules again, we would love to return.

Perfect location!!

This house is situated in the perfect location. Less than a block from the boardwalk and beach, but still quiet and far enough away from the crowds. The house was clean and the perfect size for our family. I definitely recommend!
