About this property

Ski-In/Out Condo! Desireable Location With Free Shuttle

Full kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, fireplace, balcony, dining and living room. Master bedroom has a king-size bed. Sleeper sofa in living room can accommodate two more people. Resort has a gym, indoor heated pools, hot-tubs, lounge and free shuttle is provided. Please compare rates; you will see that by booking through the resort directly, you will be charged considerably more. The resort calls this a ski-in/out facility but to ski out, you do need to take a short walk to a nearby lift or take the free shuttle. You can ski into the resort from the slopes.

No pets allowed per resort rules.

This is my personal timeshare so it is only available 2/1/2020 - 2/8/2020. 7 night minimum stay. I also have a studio available in the same building for $1,400 for the week and renting 2/8/2020 to 2/15/2020.

Why they chose this property

Breckenridge is just a magical place. Tons of great restaurants, great weather and more to do than just ski. You can take a dog sled ride, snow-shoe, cross country ski, snow-mobile. The town is always lively and with fun, like-minded people. The weather is usually fantastic. I selected this place for a timeshare because of the beautiful resort and all its amenities.

What makes this property unique

Ski In. The out part is a bit of a walk but not bad. Super close to a lift. There is a shuttle that can take you there if you dont want to walk. Walk the town and check out all the bars, restaurants and galleries. Its a fun place.
